The time it took to find a ring and the patience it took for her to be so kind and open minded of the whole thing was astonishing. Never felt like I wasnt valued as a customer or that I didnt matter.

The sales lady Katheryn was very kind. Her supervisor was irritated by us needing /wanting assistance and was quite rude. We are in need of a special order due to allergies and basically told us to go look online that they couldn’t help us. She was rude as she was claiming to help us. Needless to say, took our business elsewhere.

I found a ring I really wanted to buy my husband online. I walked into the store to see if they had it in stock so I could see it in person. One lady who was sitting down asked if we needed help while I was talking to her she got up and walked to another employee and began talking to her. This was beyond rude and disrespectful. Since this establishment doesnt seem to care about its customers, based upon its customer service, I will be purchasing all my jewelry and wedding bands from a different establishment.

Long story short, the woman helping me out implied that I could get a credit check to see how much I could be approved for, when I asked if i was signing up for a credit card she had said no, that it was just a credit check, so now Im stuck with a credit card I never wanted or needed.

Needed a fast gift no answer called back 4 more times no answer baught at jc penny glad i did
