They are RUDE. They charged my card without permission. I used that cards once to make a payment and they just helped themselves to keep charging it. I never signed anything to authorize them to do so. I went in person last week to sign papers for them to not charge my card anymore and they did it again anyway. The managers response to me was oh well your payment was due... Very rude, unprofessional....

So this is the deal I got some couches and they always draft my account without permission they said I signed something and I didnt would love tx see my signature so now negative in bank talks to the owner he fixed it said they cant do that well they keep doing it told Denise I want to talk to Rudy again she said hed not the owner anymore so I said who is she said they dont have a owner plus been paying on this for over 2 years now when contract is a 2 year contract Denise is very rude

Best place to get stuff you need i wouldnt trust any where else I have been getting stuff from them for 4 years and have never done us wrong

Had heart failure so was in the hospital for almost a month.Buddy’s called more time than my own family and could not comprehend that I cannot be dealing with this right now so either pick your furniture up OR wait till I can make a payment. I got called every. Single. Day.I regret ever taking my business to this p.o.s. Company.
