Never get piercings here for your own health and safety. Claires employees are not properly taught, piercing guns cannot be properly cleaned, nor do they make room for a piercing properly. They just shove a needle through, creating blunt force trauma in the ear which can lead to rejection, infection, cartilage tearing, and scar tissue. Go to a proper piercer.

I took my 9 month old to get her ears pierced. I went during a weekday at lunch time so it wasn’t busy at all. Since it wasn’t busy, the employee/specialist was able to give us 100% of her attention. Which is something I appreciate especially dealing with a baby. Her name was Michelle and she’s had many years of experience. She did such a good job.
