Within a few minutes of calling Crossroads Tire, Felipe Jimenez called me to let me know he was on the way. Felipe worked quickly and didn’t just go about changing my tire but fixed it. And he did it in a rain shower. My whole family appreciated his friendliness and concern for us. Crossroads Tire has definitely been added to my contact list.

Worst place ever!! The owners sister is the worst for public relations and he has her in charge. What a joke!!. The mechanics are good guys. The place is expensive. They dont even deserve 1 star. Dont take your vehicles there guys. There sharks!!

Don’t expect “ cheap “ if your a trucker . These guys run a good business . I pay more at this shop but my down time is less . And they are still cheaper than a dealership . Like any shop your not familiar with - ask questions and determine their capabilities and limitations . They have the Best “ get you going “ mechanic in Victoria.

Service was great and reasonable on prices. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Quoted us $1600 for a tire swap on our tractor and then charged us another $600 AFTER we paid the bill for labor to drain the 2 water filled tires. Look elsewhere if you don’t want your price ballooning by surprise. 😬EDIT: your advisor said it was a foam filled tire, which it was not. Unfortunately, we ended up on the short end of the stick and not the company. We will be using someone else in the future.

Take them 1 hour to get there so it’s very good, yes expensive 475$ for a new drive tire but still good cuz I’m still running and the tire is a good quality tire, if you guys can give the customer more options then 1 maybe used tires, some ppl they just start there business so they can’t pay this price, thanks

These guys are absolute crooks! We had 2 Blowouts on trailer. They told us if we bring them the rims they would put new tires on for $90 a tire or if the had to come to us it’s $90 a tire plus a service fee of $180 so we took the rims to them and they still charged us the service fee. Liars and cheats.

This place is a RIPoff they charge my drive 256.32 to change a tire yes to change a tire. Dismount and mount her spare. ThievesExactly my point the shop was open and she drove to your place. They was no road call.
