Very bright helpful young man helped me with important package to mail. In between helping others because even when he called for help 4 people left for waiting. I let him leave me and check others out . He deserves raise. Tall slender young man wish had got his name deserves a raise.

I have had good experiences shopping at Office Depot. Cynthia at the Printing department has been very helpful. I appreciated her patience and determination to get the print out jobs I requested completed to my satisfaction.

Taylor, the Print Center Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a preprinting task that I was struggling with. While flawlessly juggling other customers. His customer service skills are top notch. Office Max is lucky to have someone that is so skilled and dedicated as Taylor!

Have all the things I need and can print pics from my phone. Great copy machine you can do yourself. If you dont know how to make copies then just ask workers. They are great!

Cynthia you need to find an other job. Office Depot deserves better employees than you. You’re rude an very an professional. I hope not to continue seeing there.

This is a decent office supply store, but it gets little enough traffic that if youre looking for something highly specific or out of season then youre not likely to get much if any selection. However, it does hold a good amount of the required basics for a good price, so if you run out of something that you need quickly this is a good spot to scope out. Rated three stars because the checkout can take a while.

My go to for office supplies and more. Well equipt store. I have always had great service from their employees. They have some great sales and I always check their website for more deals.

Usually look for Black Friday deals here. McAfee Internet Security is $5.00 each limit 4 or 5 on Black Friday. Picked up a HP notebook with i7 Intel processor, 8MB RAM, and 1T for $449. Not certain I like it since it is made of plastic, unlike the metal ASUS I bought 5 years ago that is still running but out of disc space. Bought a Square Trade warranty just in case. Not sure Ill keep it since the plastic really kind of bother me.

Taylor in copies was AWESOME. He deserves 5 stars. Some tech problems and I had to reformat my document because their computers need an upgrade. It wouldnt read my fonts.

I needed to print some flyers but it was almost closing time. The employees and the manager waited for my print job to be done and helped me out. Very nice staff. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars!

When it comes to office supplies, they always have what I need. They also have multiple choices for the one item. The staff is always ready to help and very knowledgeable. My one stop store for office supplies.

I needed 40 copies of my save-the-dates for my wedding. The first guy who helped us told us we had to use the starch white paper they had, and he could not make copies of the back. In the middle of telling us what he couldnt do for us, in comes Megan.His shift was over, so he handed the reins over to Megan and she went above and beyond. She spent a few extra minutes and figured out a way to copy the front AND the back, she also showed us the different types of card stock we could select from.My cards were copied and cut, perfectly. Thank you Megan!

Im so glad we still have an Office Depot in town. These guys are great public servants .. all kind and informative ..

Customer service isnt bad, it just really isnt anything. The store isnt very modern and looks more like a no frills card club kind of store. The variety of products some here is also not mind blowing.

Office Depot staff was great, friendly & helpful!!! HOWEVER I had my dress tucked in & no customers behind me even told me. Come on folks...tell a lady when she needs to UNTUCK!!!! LOL!!!!

Had some trouble here finding the right ink refills for my pen. Couldnt find employees here to help me either. But they did have a good selection of pen refills here.

The copy and print center had the absolute worst customer service. Both ladies just stood behind the counter not acknowledging anyone and I was blatantly skipped over and the lady behind me was helped. I got an oh, Im sorry Ill be right with you. Im literally staring at her while I type this. Dont waste your time

A worker named Cynthia is very rude and caused a customer to start yelling at me . She is very lazy and wont even help with sending a fax. Because of her laziness, she almost caused a confrontation. When it was the other ladys turn, she put everything down to help her.

Always check on line to verify that they actually have what you are looking for in stock. Very likely they dont these days.

I went in this morning to print color copies for a presentation I had and their printers werent working.

It was OK, none of the store associates if I needed help with anyone, and the one that did greet me had a mouth full of food.

Waited in line for fifteen minutes before being helped.

Employees need to smile a little more.

They downloaded and printed what I needed in a 15 minutes
