Clothes come back with multiple wrinkles, aren’t done the way you ask them to be done, RUDE employees, and they come back smelling like other peoples Body Oder and still with stains. We’ve used this cleaners for a few weeks now, hoping that the clothes would look and smell better. But we are done using this cleaners

Wow, so I dropped off 6 pair of slacks last week to Royal Cleaners on Stockbauer & Mockingbird. 2 pair came back with holes in them that obviously happened while they were there. I took them back and they say oh - its material. I say both? two different brands? each about $150 slacks? seriously?? So then they said I must have moths in my closet. MOTHS!!

I use them every week. The service is great, clothes are done same day, and the prices are very fair!

Dropped my husbands pants off and the never got cleaned and they refused to look at them or redo them. They hung up on me and wouldnt give me the owners number
