I love these guys. They always try to make the price affordable and are very reliable.

Kept my car for over year, for what was suppose to be rather minor repairs to Aircondioning. Much of the time it was left parked outside. Finally got it back and found it covered with stratches, interior filthy and parts broken inside the car that were not broken before. I will now have to have it repainted. I also had to take it in to another shop for further repairs of which was another$1,500 in repairs, the very day after I picked it up from Fritz. I am furious and will never go back there again.

Excellent I got an appointment for next morning at 8AM he immediatelly started working in my car even I wait and in anout 45to 60 minutes my car was readyVery honest I asked if my car needed any thing else he told me no. He didn t try to add anything that maybe was not neededVery happy with the service

I think Fritz is the best import car mechanics in Victoria. Andres has always worked on my 2012 Mini Cooper whenever it needs to be worked on and has always been on target just by describing to him what the car is doing and acting like. Thank you Andres for your expertise.

Excellent. I have gone in for several oil changes and minor repairs. Craig answers all of my questions, and lets me buy my own parts. Pricing is very fair and they do not try to cheat you out of your money; and they could easily get away with it since they are the only shop that services European cars in the area.. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE. Brought my car in to have a noise checked, caliper bolt came loose so that was making the noise. No problem. They charged $220 to drive the car 60 miles. Okay, I understand, while a little high, I work for a dealership and I understand diagnostic time isnt cheap.But what I dont understand is how my bumper was perfectly secured when the car was brought in, (June 29th, brought car in about a week later as Im from Austin so it sat at my mothers house until we figured out who to take it to. Anyways, my mom picked it up for me so I could go swap cars with her after hours and she didnt know what the car looked like prior so she didnt say anything to them, but I noticed when I got there to pick it up that the bumper was completely hanging off on the passenger side.After further investigation I saw that the tab on the end of the bumper where it snaps into the fender had a rip through where the screw that SECURES IT was. While the screw was still in my bumper. So its apparent that after some time they were able to force my bumper off, only for it to not go back on, not tell me, and then when I tried to call the shop to inform them the guy who I spoke with on the phone wasnt listening to me, trying to tell me it happens all the time and hed fix it better than new and just talking over me. Even after I told him I dont live in Victoria he kept talking over me telling me to bring it by right now and then began to cuss at me when I finally spoke over him to tell him to listen and then hung up.I would NOT recommend you guys use this shop. Take it just about anywhere else if this is how theyre going to treat their customers. Now this is just my bad experience, but if this is how they handle their mistake I wouldnt want to even take it there to give them the chance to make one.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but these people are like a joke. I took my 2 cars there and spent over $2,000. Last week I took one of the cars for A/C repair and paid $510. It didn’t work well, it was barely cold in the car. They said it needed another part. Before I even took it back, the barely working A/C stopped working. I called him, he said to bring it the next day, I took it the next day. He called me later in the day and said he has to install a new A/C system which is around $1,600. I asked him in a very nice way what he did the last time, because I paid $510. He started talkin me rudely, said he doesn’t have anything to do with the A/C being broken and said that I should pickup my car and take it somewhere else and hung up on me. I called him again and said that I didn’t even blame him for this, in as just wondering what the problem was... his response was: “Maybe it’s me, I’m sick of talking to people and take your care somewhere else.”I have never seen anything like this before. He took my money, didn’t fix my car, and told me to go somewhere else even though I was polite and I was just trying to understand what happened. You can never treat a customer this way. This is crazy.I definitely not recommend them to anyone.

This place is awesome. Came through in a real pinch. We were travelling & our truck broke down. After googling the nearest mechanic shops we limped into Fritzs & were not disappointed by our choice. Andres stopped working on the vehicle he had lifted & went right to fixing ours. Not familiar with the area it was such a relief. If you EVER find yourself in need of auto repair definitely call on Fritzs, theyll take care of ya!

We broke down on the side of the road on our 2 month long journey ! And got towed here .. Our Mini Cooper just got out of the shop from the Mini Cooper dealer ship in El Paso Tx who did a horrible job hence broken down ! We had a time limit and were stuck hours away from our next stop ! These guys got our car in our parts in and did quality work on it in a short period of time ! Takes experts to work on forgin cars ! And gotta say its never been better !! Never got to meet the guys but the lady in the office was very helpful and sweet ! If I lived in that side of the world that would be my only spot to go to !! Thanks again for everything you did !

I show up and theyre rude, very unprofessional. They might know what theyre doing mechanically, but not mentally. I dont know which mechanic it was but he was very unprofessional. Yelling for no reason, wouldnt recommend this run down place to anyone.

Have knowledge of foreign cars.. like Volkswagen, Passat..
