Great place to visit. They offer not only tanning but other spa services as well. The staff is always friendly and they remember your name. Highly recommend!

I went today for my first tan after visiting the website from Google. The staff was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. Madison was especially patient with me as I had quite a few of them. :) The rooms and tanning beds were exceptionally clean. I look forward to tanning with them in the future!

False advertising. They do not honor their free basic tanning for a year coupon. Purchased the highest membership but did not get what the brochure said it offered. Poor customer service. I was given no instruction on how to use the different beds and I was never introduced to any of the spa services I had paid to get unlimited. Also the luxury tan is not honored with that package. Poor customer service. Once I halfway figured out the beds I could get them to turn on and I did get a nice tan.

Holy Moly!!! At first, I was like these prices, but then, I experienced the most wonderful tanning experience I’ve ever enjoyed in 20+ years of tanning!! The beds are astronomically better than any I’ve ever used. The experience itself was peaceful, relaxing, and, oh, did I mention incredible results! It is def worth the price!!

Fantastic facility. Their beds are new, their facility is clean, their staff is knowledgeable. They have a great line of products and services. Their tanning system uses a skin type assessment that helps ensure you get a NATURAL looking tan. Ive only been going for a few months but, Ive tanned beautifully and quickly. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

I called this business inquiring a spray tan. I was told to be there before 7 and that i could do the stand up bed. When i arrived at 6:50 i was told that for one i wouldnt be allowed to bring my daughter in then i was told i couldnt get a tan because someone was there before me. It was a poor experience but fortunately i was able to get into a tanning salon just down the road and they are family friendly and absolutely amazing! The business was Tanique.

Enjoyed the few months I used the salon. It was clean and the staff pleasant. When I called to close my account they kept charging. They said I never called. So disappointed that you cant trust the person on the other end of the phone to handle things administratively. Nowadays you have to personally walk in and have them sign and notarize something that clearly states they are doing what they say they are going to do.

Always friendly. They know my name and which bed i like. They answer my questions. I always have a GREAT experience.

First visit today. They were very patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable of all the equipment and supplies. Showed me everything they had to offer and explained it all in detail. I felt very comfortable and it’s a very nice, clean and peaceful atmosphere. I recommend this place highly.

Great customer service! Very clean and calming inside. The beds are very well maintained. They are CLOSED on Sundays. On here it said they were open till a certain time and when I went to go tan today I saw the sign on the door saying closed on Sundays, so I hope this helps others!

I went in for the first time completely new customer and the girl tells me I have 10 minutes to get the tanning cream on and and into the bed and tells me push this button and then this other one and I said ok no prob! she continues to talk and my time ran down to 4 minutes... I was not given clear instructions on how to apply the cream and there was none on my back....seemed very odd. Then my timer ran out and the bed started without me!!! I had to yell several times to get anyones attention and waited several minutes before someone came down to help me. She then said oh your timer is running down theres NOTHING I can do about it and it can NOT be re set!!! I payed 75 bucks for this and Im going to have 7 minutes of a 12 minutes tanning process. I finally got her to do something about it and she had to get on the phone with someone to get it re set. THEN I tried again... well this time the bed wouldnt go down like it was supposed to, I had to yell for help them finally someone came and try had to reset something else. This time I said shouldnt I have something to cover my EYES!!?! She looks at me like huh?? then said oh yes here are some eye covers and takes forever to get them to me. OMG these people almost let me go into a dangerous UV light without eye protection!! I had never been in a tanning bed before and I will never again thanks to this awful place. Dont go here they need better training. I wouldnt even want to think about if the machine had malfunctioned while I was in it!! No one would hear me calling for help and or even respond timely.*Needless to say the tan looks very nice. They just need better customer service representatives.

Nice place, but they steal your money. I told them, I only wanted to tan for two months, they continued to charge my debit card.

Staff is young and not well trained. They’re also not helpful to new comers. They have a very “don’t care” attitude.
