Day or Night when I was at In Crisis, Joyce always makes time for me. She is the only therapist I have seen there but I cannot say enough about her.My first session with her I was nervous and Joyce did everything possible to make me feel comfortable.

Is this the same place?? I had a great experience. My daughter was sent out by the school for a psychiatric clearance and the staff could not be more caring. Doris helped me to calm down and focus on what I have to be thankful for. Very clean- beautiful Christmas tree which helped the mood. Therapist was very knowledgeable. My daughter will be attending weekly.

Fortunately I had a great experience at The Family Center. My 17 year old daughter tried to commit suicide and they were the first business that answered right away. I spoke to a woman named Kimberley who calmed me down on the phone and walked me through the entire process. She was able to get me an appointment the same day and my daughter is doing great!!!!

Horrible experience....the place is a medical mill. Receptionist is a miserable person...the director (Joyce) only cares about the $$$..stray dogs are treated better...they dont keep prompt appointments and the whole practice is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL...if you care about a loved one or yourself then DONT use this place. The place is filthy and has a gloomy atmosphere.

Oh thats funny you want to create fake accounts to boost your honest negative ratings from the service you guys provided. For anyone looking to confer to this place for therapeutic services or psychiatric services... save your money, time and future frustration. Had a complaint that we couldnt resolve and had to take it up with BBB to sudo a refund. (Better Business Beareau)

This place has great therapists who are good people and always look out for you.

Unprofessional!!!. #1..took money from my son for services paid for in full by insurance. #2... receptionist a.k.a Doris is unprofessional. I do insurance for a living and she behaves as if she knows it all. #3. My son NEVER saw a doctor within 2 months of appointments. #4. My son Ended up in hospital without the proper treatment or meds needed. #5. 6 months later (even after speaking with someone proclproclaiming to be a director), I have yet to receive my refund. Stay away, there is nothing they can do for you. We came here out of desperation and time to wait for appt was minimal (red flag).

I can’t say enough positive things about TFCAM. Quality clinical services
