We have worked along side Ellis and his staff for nearly 10 years and have found them to be professional, responsive, and extremely dedicated. There are not many parking companies that I could say that about. They are truly the exception!

Have used APC on multiple occasions. Exceptional customer service with the infrastructure to support any event. Incredibly professional, friendly, and clean!
HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE company!!Advanced Parking Concepts allowed their employees to smoke cigarettes in my car. They do NOT use the cars headights when moving cars at night. And they caused a $250 damage breaking my electronic car keys and refusaed to compensate me. I would have to be a fool to let these creeps into your car!
