Not a big fan over been here a couple times before thought ide give it another try, I just got them done 3 days ago and the natural dip is coming off on the sides patchy work and some nails are not straight. I don’t recommend honestly. But it’s up to you they favor certain customers in my opinion.

I have been going to Leslie for 3 years. She is wonderful. Luxury Nails And Spa is an inviting place to go to. Bright and cheerful with smiling faces on the staff. The nail color selection is great and it is easy to relax with a glass of wine or soda while having a mani and/or pedi. And the prices are great.

Covid-19 None Compliance.On January 2,2020 at approximately 5:19 p.m I called Luxury Nail and Spa to set up In appointment to get my nails done, the girl who took my phone call said I could come in and they will take me today.Upon walking in, their were 9 people waiting on service. I patiently waited with my 10 year old for over one hour so I kindly asked the owner how long the wait will be, she replied “ twenty five minutes more so I again waited to be attended. After timing them one hour and twenty five minutes goes by and we’re still waiting. Mind you as we wait NO ONE IS WEARING A FACE MASKS 😷 which is required by the CDC, as this isn’t enough the girl across from me was vaping inside the facility while the girl on the third seat was coughing.So finally I had enough and walked out the door. I contacted the owner of the nail salon and unfortunately they refuse to refund the gift certificate my boyfriend gave me for Christmas and instead offered me to take me on 1/3/20. After driving 3 hours from my holiday vacation the last thing I want is to come in this place and sit for a couple of hours with people vaping, couching and NOT WEARING A FACE MASK!State of Florida mandates business to follow the CDC guidelines there are no exceptions. Not only is this business unethical they are also none complainant with the state law

Worst service ever!! After driving three hours from my holiday vacation the last thing i want is to come in this place and sit for a couple of hours with other people smoking, vapinge, coughing and NOT WEARING A FACEMASK!!The State of Florida Requires buisness to follow the CDC guidelines there are no exceptions. COVID -19 is seroius guys stay safe and avoid places like these.

I had an appointment at 12 for full set, so I get there early and they put me in a chair, then over the next 30 minutes I’m moved at least 3 different times without my nails even being worked on. Finally, somebody starts my nails and then stops after he’s put the tips on because his regular client came in. They never clipped my natural nails, never instructed me to wash my hands to get the oils off (nails peeled off within a week), the polish I chose clearly needed 3 coats and he stopped after 2. Entire process was rushed and not at all relaxing. Don’t always trust 4 star places, the salon wasn’t even nice inside. I couldn’t wait to get the nails taken off and redone somewhere else.

Definitely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They are professional and honest, and they treat you with respect and kindness. Walk-ins or appointments are offered and they do their very best to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Prices and quality are unbeatable. Love this place!

Honestly, best place to ever get my nails done. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing and the nail techs are even better. Ray and Kristie are such talented artists and Mariann is so good at doing whatever shape you want on your nails! She’s also super good at pedicures, best pedicure I’ve ever had. Leslie (the owner) is super sweet and does amazing work. Definitely come to Luxury Nails and Spa in Vero if you want to be treated like royalty.

Best service from EVERYONE that works there. I love everyone there. They take their time, theyll stay after theyre closed and wont rush. They get to know you, and remember you when you come in and even when you call in. They are amazing with my 5 year old daughter too! They have a little princess chair for the little kids. I have tried for years to find a nail salon worth going to, seeing as I used to bite my nails. I dont bite them anymore because of the beautiful nails I get! Thank you all so much! I went to q nails and got my full set done for 25 they were closing early so i went across the street to lux nails to finish and get my pedi i got a pedi with French. 30 bucks...when does a pedi cost more than a full set.

New to the Area, from N.Y., and had gone to a few places to try and find a place I would be happy with. I came across this place and was very happy. The service is great and people so friendly. Can get healthy nails here and other options and many colors to choose from. You will get suggestions on colors that will look good and they also serve wine, mimosas and water...😊 I dont think you will be disappointed.

Leslie has been taking care of me for over 3 years. She and her staff are excellent and are very accommodating and friendly. Leslie is excellent and Ive ALWAYS had beautiful and lasting nails and pedicures. Her new shop is beautiful and the addition of the little Princess pedicure chair is adorable. Go see Leslie!! I have been going to Leslie for several years. She is very professional and an excellent technician not to mention a sweet and caring person. She is always giving me tips on how to make my nails healthier, which I find helpful. I love the new salon and everyone working there. Check them out....you wont be disappointed.

Went to get eye brows waxed. First place I went that didnt have a separate room to do the waxing. I just sat in a chair by the nail drying counters.. after I got home I notice quite a few hairs that they should of plucked but did not do. Will not be going back to get a wax done. But the service and people were really nice.

Generally speaking, I usually have a good experience when I come to this nail salon. I usually get my eyebrows waxed by the same technician who does an awesome job. I specifically asked for her and advised I was willing to wait since I didn’t have an appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, he refused me service. I asked to book an appointment to ensure next time I came in there wouldn’t be any issues. He refused to provide me with her availability telling me to come back in two hours. I reiterated that I’d like to set an appointment to which he stated come back in two hours and walked away leaving me at the desk. No one else addressed my concerns.

I absolutely love this place, highly recommend! You always get treated great here and they always do a great job with designs and all!

I’m from out of state, and on vacation. Decided to get a pedicure and it was the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. I had a male (don’t know his name) but he did amazing!!

I went there for the very first time (because a friend suggested) and got acrylic and gel fill and one of my nails literally peeled off 3 days later (which has NEVER happened to me before) I went in to have them fix it and told them what happened and they took me back and said nothing about charging me for the fix, they then fixed it with the wrong color so now one of my nails is a different color than the rest and they charged me!! When I talked to the guy in charge he completely ignored me and didn’t care at all that I had a bad first experience there, serious poor customer service.

I was recommended by my hair dresser and now I recommend everyone else to this nail spot for a pedicure. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and everyone was welcoming. I had one of the best pedicures done for a fair price. I was walking on air for the rest of that day. On another note, the manicure fell short and was very pricey. I should have asked how much it was going to cost before agreeing to having it done. :(

I arrived to the salon understanding I would have to wait as they appeared busy that was no problem. I sat down at what appeared to be there managers table, she was very rough with my nails she attempted to pop them off without soaking, which is very painful, I told her no we are not going to do this, you need to soak them as all other salons do. She wrapped my nails for soaking put me in the back at the drying table and forgot about me for 45 minutes. I finally asked the first person I could catch how much longer I had to sit FINALLY a young lady came and got me. The young lady and the manager were arguing over who had the managers tools, which distracted the young lady from getting all the acrylic off my nails. The young lady said I was going to have to sit longer, I explained to the young lady I had already been forgotten about the first time I waited with my nails wrapped she says theres nothing she could do, so I told her not to worry about it and ended up having to leave with my nails in bad shape. I strongly do not recommend this place I wish I could post a picture of my nails

Staff was friendly and courteous. I was a walk-in and they treated me like I was a regular with a standing appointment. If I lived in the area, Id be a regular!

I tried the new nail salon in Vero Beach, the welcoming was brilliant! The service was fantastic, all the members were very warming and interactive. I tried out the SNS, the finish looks beautiful. Reagan was really helpful in helping me choose a colour which suited skin tone and he surely did a fab job! The whole overall experience was great, the salon was very clean, modern and up to date with exceptional technology.

Reagan did a wonderful job on my cat eye manicure. I also enjoyed the pleasant chatting and banter, it made the time fly. I noticed other staff members being higly attentive to their customers as well. This place is all about quality and customer service.

Ive been to Luxury Nails a few times. The experience was great every time. I took my 6 year old in for a manicure and a pedicure and they were fantastic with her. Very patient and she had a wonderful experience.

This place is very clean and comfortable! I came here to visit Reagan. He always does such a great job on my nails. He is very personable and awesome with the SNS powder. My nails always come out looking great, they dont chip, and they last 3 to 4 weeks. I highly recommend this salon! Try the SNS powder, they have a huge selection of colors, you wont be disappointed!

Hmm😒 The gel nails look spotty. Unlike other nail salons, gel nails finished in 10 minutes. I expected it like everyone elses reviews, but Im disappointed with the results of my nails that are different from what I expected.

Got my nails gel dipped on a Monday. Already had it peeling off by Tuesday. They charged $35 for the service and didnt tell me upfront even though I just asked for a fill. The guy doing my nails tried to talk me into more services (acrylic and gel). Apparently they dont do fills for gel, they just redo it every time. I feel like this should have been explained to me. The last time I went there it was the same thing. A nail ended up peeling and breaking within a day and it was definitely overpriced.

If there no star in the review, I would rate this place with no star. I went there for the first time two months ago and I went today the same problem happened to me again.
