I give balloon lab 4 of 5 stars. I had a last minute request for an arrangement for my wifes birthday and the arrangement turned out to be what I had ordered. I also give them credit for doing this request during the pandemic of covid 19. The only issue I had was that some of the balloons deflated less than a day after getting them as you can see in my attached photos some of them sunk to the floor. Also present in the photos I attached is the dust on the balloons. It was as if they sat in a garage for a while which may also have led to the deflation. The price was $140 due to $100 minimum order requirement. The balloons with confetti inside and balloons inside a balloon were unique.

Company was professional and good customer service.

Recently purchased some centerpieces from BalloonLab and it was kind of last minute arrangement as I had made up my mind last second.They delivered the balloons and installed them right onsite, very quickly. Everything was delivered correctly and on time, I was impressed from start to finish. Great team to work with, I highly recommend working with them.

Balloon Lab went above and beyond to make my event a huge success. Alex from Balloon Lab was wonderful to work with and helped me plan a great office party. I have used them twice so far and have been completely satisfied both times. The staff at Balloon Lab was punctual and organized. They had every aspect planned out in advance and took care of everything. Their organization and planning skills took a lot of pressure off of me and made my events more enjoyable. I plan to use them again in the future and would highly recommend Balloon Lab for any type of event.

My husband and I recently used Balloon Lab for our sons first birthday party. Alex from Balloon Lab was very creative, fun to work with and yet very professional. We had no idea what we wanted but with his help we were able to come up with a great idea for the party. He helped us create colorful centerpiece and balloon columns that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The Balloon Lab staff worked their magic in making our sons first birthday a memorable one. Their creativity and design work were beyond our expectations. They followed through and delivered on all their promises. The kids were able to take the balloon centerpieces home which they absolutely loved. I would highly recommend Balloon Lab and will definitely continue to use them for all our future events.

I used Balloon Lab to setup a big balloon drop for a surprise birthday party and it came out absolutely amazing. They delivered on everything they promised and then some. Their website is very user friendly and allowed me create in real-time the columns and arches that I had envisioned. Their staff was very professional when installing the balloons, and even though this was done on short notice they managed to deliver. Will definitely use them for all my parties! Highly recommend!!!

Simply fantastic! Called last minute for a rush order. Figured they wouldnt be able to accommodate my request, but sure enough they did! My call was very pleasant with the staff member and the balloon setup was awesome. Would highly recommend the service to others!

I have been using Balloon Lab for 7 years now. They have services 4 of my childrens parties. Alex and his staff are incredible. Their customer service is amazing and they can truly come up with anything you need them to! I highly recommend them for any occasion.

This year for my wife’s surprise birthday party I decided to make it really special!!! I wanted a balloon drop over the entrance when she arrived to the party. The banquet we had reserved for the party already knew of BalloonLab so I was really excited to work with a company who has a good reputation and highly regarded in the community. I was amazed at how high the balloons were hanging, they made it look easy to hang them up and make sure everything is all set so all I have to do is pull the string. To say the least, it was a really good experience. My wife loved it, the balloons went everywhere. Looking back, the balloons were fantastic and really added on to the element of surprise and a great kick start to the party.

Hired BalloonLab for my wedding on 12/31/2016 and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They were very good with communication and all the questions I had before the event. The balloons were set up when they said they would be and they worked with the venue (hotel) to get that done. All I had to do was send some emails and pay and they took care of the rest.The clock struck midnight, the balloons fell, and everyone had a great time.Alex from BalloonLab was very professional and delivered on what he said. Its refreshing to work with such a nice, professional person and company.

We used BalloonLab for our New Years Eve wedding and they did a really great job!Everything was set in plenty of time and made for amazing photos come midnight being surrounded by all of our family and friends for the balloon drop!Definitely recommend these guys!

I would definitely recommend these guys, I was very comfortable working with them and it was stress free when it came time to set everything up. We had a birthday party with thousands of balloons at a big banquet hall and they arranged everything perfectly. The colors and designs were outstanding, I am looking forward to working with them again.

I was fortunate to find balloon lab to help me set up my baby shower. I was overwhelmed with so many options and I had little direction on how to make the décor just the way I wanted. Once I spoke with their associate Julia, she had all the answers and told me about recent projects that were a huge success. The service was excellent and very friendly, I was never pushed into anything and I am really satisfied with how great the balloons turned out. My guests left a lot of compliments and a few have called for their own parties.

Very professional staff!!! All of the works was done so quickly I was super impressed with how well everything turned out. My guests absolutely loved the designs and were asking me how I even knew where to find these guys. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.
