This days is really hard to find service provider that lives up to there promise not the case with Elvis always on time and always above and beyond of what he promised . Service is superb,very clean and respectful . He may be on high end of pricing but in my experience always worth every cent and then some. Elvis, the technician, did outstanding work when our sump pump failed and we got water in our basement during the heavy rain. He truly saved the day for us! He is a true professional and is an extremely hard worker. Elvis came to our home within an hour as he had promised. He recommended and contacted a plumber who also came out within an hour. As the plumber replaced the sump pump, Elvis used powerful machines to suck up the water. Elvis then moved everything that was damaged from the water into the garage, bagged up items that had been contaminated by the water, and moved all of the furniture and items in the basement away from the walls and quickly placed everything that had not been damaged by water on higher surfaces. He worked until late in the evening so that everything was taken care of right away. Elvis and his assistant set up powerful fans and dehumidifiers that worked for several days and he continually came back to check on the basement; they also sanitized the basement. He provided us a flash-drive of all the images of the water and damaged items in the basement. Elvis demeaner was also wonderful; he was upbeat and kind as he worked. He took care of everything and insisted that we enjoy our evening while he worked. We are very thankful for Elvis and Techniclean. We had never had water in our basement before and were very thankful for Elvis for making this experience such a positive one!

We’ve been using Techniclean for cleaning our floors at The UPS Store for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with their friendliness, attention to detail, flexibility, and quality! The work they do speaks for itself and you will not be disappointed! Being a The UPS Store location, we work long hours and Elvis always makes sure to fit us into our schedule (even if it’s late on a Saturday). He’s punctual if not early every time we have an appointment with them and is always a pleasant face to see! At our center we have 3 different types of flooring (tile, carpet, and a vinyl laminate) and Techniclean takes care of them all for us. After we have our floors cleaned, they look nearly new (which is difficult to do in the Chicagoland area). I’ve even had other store owners comment how the work area “looks like an ice rink” after we have Techniclean out (due to them looking so shiny). The gentlemen that came were punctual, polite, very equipped with drying fans and everything needed. They did it in the order of the rooms that I requested. They were fast and tidy. I had the pleasure of having the Techniclean folks (Elvis and Chase) clean carpets at my son’s home where I was visiting in early fall this year. Together my son and I have three dogs, and let’s just say that we needed someone GOOD for the job! I could not have been more pleased with the service at all levels. Scheduling an appointment was easy—all phone contacts were not only efficient but so very friendly. What sets Techniclean apart from other services is their knowledge base of, and their total commitment to, obtaining quality results.They called before they were to arrive and were on-the-button prompt. When they came to do the cleaning, they were very respectful of my son’s home and belongings. There is no crashing and dragging of the hose through the house—Chase makes sure that the hose is guided and controlled. Elvis, on the cleaning end of the hose, is a hard-working man the likes of which I’ve never seen!! The carpets were not in great condition generally when they came, but Elvis got spot cleaning done, but also made sure overall cleaning was blended and looked fresh overall. I was so VERY pleased. Then one dog had an accident and I had to call them back for a repeat spot clean! They not only got that out but went over previous problems areas, including another sweep of the stairs and landing.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Techniclean. Wow! If you had an excellent +++ category, this would be the one for Techniclean. I have NEVER seen such fantastic work and attention to detail as well as going beyond the standard. They restored 2 Aubusson rugs to almost new, repaired fringe invisibly and clipped loose threads on a braided rug. The technician, Elvis, should be making as much as a CEO because he is at least as valuable as one. He placed each rug perfectly according to my directions, was very polite and explained in detail what had been done and how to keep the rugs in good condition. I am going to be getting my rugs cleaned much more often now that I know about Techniclean and Elvis.

One of there service techs just cut me off in traffic, then slammed his brakes trying to get me to rear end them and then proceeded to get in the lane next to me and scream at me and flip me off, very unprofessional in a company vehicle.
