I agree we have the BEST postal workers ! But ..where is our American Flag and why isnt a flag pole in front of post office by road???

I don’t know how anyone could give this post office anything less than a 5 star I sell on eBay and not only is everyone super informative on how to save the most money on shipping but they have all been awesome every single time. I’ve been here maybe 20 times this month alone never any issues. Place is excellent and so is the people who work there.

By far the most friendly and helpful team Ive EVER encountered in a post office! They have helped me out on numerous occasions with my challenging requests, and always with a smile. We are fortunate to have such a capable and service-oriented team in the Vermilion Post Office!

You have a very special postal delivery person working for you that is a very special person. Ashley Clavette has delivered mail to my sisters for several years. One died a year ago and the other one is disabled. Ashely is always checking on her if she doesn’t get her mail out of her box for a couple days. In a time like now, your people deserve special recognition. They are on the front lines of this Covid-17 epidemic. Many people would walk away from this kind of work, but then there are people who really care about the job they do. They are very special people. We need more people like Ashley. I feel so much better knowing there are people out there like Ashley who care very much about the people they deliver to.

Of all the usps locations, for me, this is the best. Friendly staff, especially Mescal. Shes always knowledgeable, helpful, and makes us feel like a friend.

They refuse to help to answer any questions you have. Just refer you to the online resources.

An unsightly building that looks shut down... Which is a surprise, for such a cute little town like Vermilion. The staff is friendly. The parking lot doesnt seem to have been thought through very well, and seems to create confusion.

I have a package at this post office that was supposed to be delivered to the lirain post office then to my house its a priority mail package sent from Reynoldsburg ohio and i have tracked my package to this post office if its priority mail then i would expect to have had it already

Have complained to Andy the postmaster,mail delivery goes to wrong house, happens all the time,Andy the postmaster was not helpful at all.Was told he couldnt guarantee that the problem would be resolved because of union people working.The neighbors have the same problem with their mail not being deliveredto right address....Personal and private documents delivered to wrong address.Waiting for a call from his supervisor,Ive been waiting for more than a month

Very friendly staff, all my packages for ebay have gone to the right places so far. They are also very quick and convenient.

Once again I am frustrated with the service of the Vermilion Post Office. In the past they have : Lost meds sent through the mail (gave them tracking no etc and their response was Sorry, dont you ever make mistakes? Filed a report but never got a response. Never recieived entertainment contracts mailed from adjacent city. and lost engagements. And now, a package containing vacation photos was ripped open and taken. But they were sure to sent me the ripped envelope. These morons should lose their jobs. My only recourse is to avoid using them at all cost.
