Please avoid this business as the plague. They did everything wrong in my tax forms. They put different social security number!!!

Since I started my business 8 years ago, Carmen has been guiding me about the taxes in my business. She is a great person, professional, and very courteous with her clients. She has guided me in what could be all the expenses of my business making me aware of everything I use and do not claim. When I have questions, I email her and she emails me back to answer my questions. I really recommend Carmen, she is very professional in her work.

Do not come here !! These people are scammers. They take advantage of you. Please stay away from them. If you are looking for a place to do your taxes don’t do them here. Specially if you are new to doing your taxes or are new to doing your taxes for your business. Please go to a professional that has done taxes for years. Clearly the reviews say it all. I can’t stress enough please don’t get scammed.

Did my taxes last year here and still haven’t received them, called the irs and they said they did not receive anything from me and also since I filed for business they were late because I was hoping they turned them in but I guess not had to pay 1200 to the irs because the people at carmens tax did not send them in on time (they never even sent them to begin with) don’t recommend this place unless you like to go with people that are still training

Please do not come here. They took advantage. They tell you they will help you and that they have years of experience in doing taxes but they have years of experience in taking advantage of people. Please I am begging you to take your taxes elsewhere. They take advantage of the Latin community because most of them don’t understand how taxes work. And really anyone who isn’t familiar with how taxes work. These people make me sick. Please do your research when it comes to your taxes. Go to real professionals even if you have to pay more, it’s worth it. These people are scammers and clearly only went and got a profession to steal from people. Most of you working there are latinas, how dare you take advantage of anyone let alone your own community. Disgusting people. I can’t believe we trusted you.

The ladies at the front desk were very rude. They claim to be professionals but they all are far from that. The truth always comes out. Go to real professionals when doing your taxes. Stay away !

Personally, I didnt like going to this place at allIt is the first time that my husband makes his tax in this state since we recently moved from California and they had recommended it to us, we went to ask for a refund budget and they left my husband with only $ 4000 dollars so they did not convince us and we We went to H&R Block and they gave us the credit of the double they gave us in this literal place is a robbery they make with that money that they dont give us I dont understand. And being there we realized that they dont treat people kindly, quite the opposite of a girl they treated her very badly since she came from far away to do her taxes the girls got upset because she asked to speak with Carmen and not with them anymore that they were asking her for something that Carmen had not asked for in previous years and they refused to talk to her saying that she was not available and that if she wanted to talk to her she would leave her information and they would communicate with the girl in three days or if they wanted to do Sita with Carmen until in a month this just because she didnt want them to attend herBad bad I do not recommend this place at all

They did an awful job, my application was filled out badly so they could reimburse me for my money and they hung me they burned for $ 50 dollars and arrogant the owner did not recommend this place because once they do bad things they do not want to help you and a letter that they did to me they added things that I never told horrible work and lack of profecionalismo ....
