Can not give 0 stars I am a Father of the church and have known a client for a few years now. He has changed his way of thinking is that I can not approve Aacres is managed poorly and they listen to the clients and need to learn that others have seen different behavior in the clients they have lied and do not live up to their mission they should be shut down.

I have worked for Aacres Vancouver for almost 5 year, I have worked as a DSP as well as a couple different office positions. I truly love this company and would never choose to leave my employment with them. Attendance is a big requirement of the job due to the nature of work we provide, so if you have great attendance, good work ethic and love caring for people, this place is a great company to work with.

I would never let any of my family members under any kind of possible circumstance to ever be under the care of Aacres LLC in Vancouver, WA. If you bring up abuse that is happening to an individual with a disability they’re responsible for they laugh in your face

Office and staff harassed me, caused me to go to ER with severe asthma attack, then fired me for having asthma. Tried to force me to wear a mask for all my shifts instead of moving me to a safe place to work! And, this is NOT an adult day care. It is a COMMUNITY PROTECTION PROGRAM populated with seriously dangerous SEX OFFENDERS. I had scary men scream in my face and my co-worker was punched.

My daughter works here and they are horrible! The employees purchase food for the patients out of their own paychecks because this company does not give the client enough food to eat. Employees are constantly not showing up for shifts and the supervisors are completely apathetic.

*Do not work for this company they dont care about you or their clients!*Worst company I have ever worked for. Their application that they use doesnt allow you to clock in on time so be ready to be reprimanded for missed punches or possible termination for faulty company apps. Also if you actually do your job and find a mistake management will blame you for the problem and will get written up for it.

You get out of a job or any other place what you put in. Im not saying Aacres was a perfect place to work for, but it was better than being unemployed, and its sure is a meaningful work. You get overworked at times, but its okay to say no. People, and management will treat you how you treat them for the most part.

Never apply here you will regret it they are not professional worst company ever!!!Everyone at the office are two face.

Great place to work. And the adults are amazing

This company is amazing to work for. I wouldnt change it for the world.

Bad company, they are not appreciative about the work you put in, if you happen to work for them watch out for the superior name Ann and Stacy they both suckered at what they do.
