I prefer to exchange cartridges here because they dont ask you to wait around while they refill anything, they just immediately give you a full refurbished cartridge and youre good to go.Between 2 separate visits they have saved me 2 hours by not having to wait for a refill and they have saved me around $30 through their cartridge refurbishing system.This is the smartest place to buy ink.

Wonderful customer service. Good prices as well. It is such a delight when customer service rises to above and beyond expectations . I was overwhelmed. It is easy to give customer service when everything goes well, but the real test is when there is a problem and the owner steps up to take care of it without hesitation and without me even having to ask. Unbelievable these days!. You wont find that in the big stores, thats for sure.

I have had multiple excellent experiences at Cartridge World in Vancouver. Rick helped me pick a good printer when my Canon printer was beyond repair. He helps educate and doesnt brush off questions. I love my new Brother printer that I purchased there. I was nervous to call when my replacement toner cartridge had problems after a year, thinking I would be on my own to sort it out. They took great care of me again and got my printer back in good order. Thank you, Rick and Charlotte!

I had a broken printer! Called this place. A guy named Rick answered! He was one of the most helpful guys if ever met! Explained to me printer prices! Helped me understand what I can do with my printer. Hopefully I can save up some money this month and buy a better one from their store for 99$.

I love this place! I was their client in Lafayette, Louisiana and could not have been happier to find out they are here (in Vancouver) too! I have been purchasing all of my cartridges at a small fraction of the brand name ones from this company for many years and have never had an issue. I got defective cartridges on a couple of occasions (from the store in Louisiana), and was able to trade them for new ones with no hassle whatsoever. The personnel here (in Vancouver) went as far as helping me troubleshoot my printer on issues related to the printer performance. They are super friendly and VERY customer service oriented (which I highly value). My advice: Save yourself some money and give these guys a try!
