Absolutely wonderful experience. The Westpark Community Room was private and had all the personal comfort amenities and needed technologies with a big screen as well. The room wall opened up onto a private patio that included a fire pit and waterfall. Bathrooms were right next to the room, quiet, classy finishes, and easy access in downtown with parking. A hidden Gem!

The room is beautiful. There is lots of room and plenty of tables that are easily moved around the room. The patio is such a bonus. We have had staff and board retreats in this space and everyone loved it. Super convenient location, easy walk to downtown restaurants, or you can also bring in your own food. All around its the perfect space for meetings and small-mediaum scale staff/board events.

The room is very nice and can be easily transformed into whatever style room you need. Staff was easy to work and on-site parking is available which is a bonus! However, had issues with the audio/visual equipment. Instructions were available, but werent clear, and available staff were not trained/unable to help, although they did try. Luckily we had brought our own laptop and projector just-in-case and were able to use a wall.

Loved this space. Spacious and up-to-date on all the tech. Grateful for the LSW folks that coordinated this space for our board meetings. Thank you!

AAUW Vancouver used the community room for a year. It is a beautiful, well-furnished room, which is easy to reach and has good audio visual equipment. The owners of the building were very accommodating and helpful.

Great venue. Well maintained.
