This school has helped me relax, sleep better, and allow my body to overall feel better, Im (44 old) hopping out of bed now and not rolling out of bed anymore, Im physically and mentally aware more so now then ever and growing.Let me also say the people young and older are great allowing you to feel as if your at home but please dont think its easy, still requires dedication, disiplane, focus, willingness to learn, and a open mind.
