Silver Limousine Service provided us with a majorly upgraded limo from what we were expecting for our wedding send-off. What a nice surprise! The driver was hilarious and so easy to talk to. Limo didn’t show up for my wedding. That should say enough alone. Wish I could get my deposit back but I don’t see that happening. Thanks for great service. For response: then why did someone take my card information? I got a call and they tried to confirm my reservation but they had the time all wrong. I tried to call back and no one answered my call. Not professional at all. No way in hell I was going to have any luck finding a limo the day before my wedding. I should have gotten a call at least a week before not the day before.

The company canceled the trip after 20 minutes because they found a few beers in a backpack, yet I am being charged the gratuity. This was a complete set-up from the booking and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you live in Lake Oswego or West Linn. They have an issue with folks from this area.This is your warning to avoid this company.

Silver Limousine went above and beyond to create a very special outing for my daughter and her friends. The owner, Chris, takes professionalism, customer service and his companys reputation very seriously ~ this was apparent from the very beginning to the end of our experience with him! Our driver was incredibly kind, informative and patient. If you need a larger size vehicle for your event, I would highly recommend reserving their black stretch Hummer! Its gorgeous inside and out!!

Absolutely amazing. Last night myself and 3 friends went out and Chris was amazing. He was kind and professional and due to the last minute circumstances he was very helpful. Our son was going to his senior prom, he and a group of friends wanted to share a limo. After multiple calls and research on the web, we went with Chris and his team. They didn’t gouge the prices due to prom season which made me extremely happy. He never tried to talk me into something more expensive or into a vehicle I didn’t want. There were no surprises and no unexpected fees. The driver, Dan, was very professional and courteous, my son expressed how nice and professional he was. This was a great and memorable experience for him. I’m so happy I found them, and on short notice! This company provides a great limo service I can trust and would recommend to anyone!

One of their limo drivers hit my parked car while I wasn’t in it and totaled it. They left a business card but have avoided me and my insurance company for over 2 months. Seems like they don’t want to take responsibility for totaling my car which was a 2011 Kia Optima (lots of damage) I have called them over 15 times and my insurance company has tried to reach them to pay us back and they will not respond to any calls, emails, Facebook messages. Do not book with a company who doesn’t settle damages like this. They cost me a lot of time and money.

I’m having my wedding and ofcourse most brides want a fancy ride called to get info on prices and availability rude and u happy customer service. The lady who answered need to get another job where she doesn’t interact with people Bad service.

Decided at the last minute (literally about 5 hours before) that I would like to take a buddy and his family out for his birthday. I called a few places with no luck but then got a hold of Silver Limousine. The gal that answered was extremely kind and helpful. It only took about 15min to book. The driver was extremely accommodating (parking in front of Walmart while we piled out to purchase adult beverage) & very helpful recommending fun things to do in the limo (we ended up running through the PIR Christmas lights after dinner which the kids loved). Overall it was an amazing experience for everyone. I cant thank Silver Limousine enough and will definitely remember them in the future when wanting to go out on the town with style.

Went with a friend for his birthday. The limo driver was exceptionally nice and was 20 mins early for pick up which was perfect because we were already ready. He didnt even charge us for the extra 20 mins. He let us get off at the doors of a local Safeway to get drinks and snacks, which he stayed parked in front off the whole 30 mins we were in there. He also recommended great songs that really hyped up our evening making it definitely a night to remember. When we came out of the restaurant he was cleaning the windows and rims keeping the limo looking like it did when he first picked us up. He definitely shows great pride in his work. By far the cleanest looking limo I have ever seen. Truly a remarkable sevice, recommended to anyone and everyone for anyone wanting to ride in style.

Terribly unhappy with this company and their customer service.I booked a wine tour 2 weeks ahead of time. Gave me a great rate and was super excited, I asked if I would get a confirmation email and they said no youre booked. Definitely should have known better.Day of the scheduled wine tour, no phone call and no show, called both numbers on website about 6 times and no answer or call back. Luckily we were able to get ahold of ANOTHER LIMO SERVICE and they were able to pick us up within the hour for the same rate.The next day I got a phone call from them confirming a limo pick up for 5PM. Um hello, wineries close at 5pm...when I explained the situation and that it was for the day before and they didnt show up, all I got was a oh okay, thank you and then they HUNG UP. No apologies or nothing. TERRIBLE.

Silver Limousine had excellent customer service, was timely, and gave us a free upgrade to a 15 person stretch hummer! There reasonable rates gave us the ability to give 6 foster youth a Christmas memory theyll cherish for years to come. Would recomend them to anyone in vancouver portland area
