I love my time with Kristin. I have found her to be professional and caring. She has listened to what I would like to accomplish and has tailored my sessions to meet these goals. I have felt a true connection with her. I come away after each session with a sense of peace and calmness. I feel rejuvenated and encouraged. I am sleeping better because of my time with her and I am making better choices in my weight loss journey. Stress and anxiety no longer drive my emotions. I would highly recommend Infinite Changes.

This has been my first experience with hypnosis and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. Kristin has made the experience so pleasant. Her voice is so soothing. She takes the time to listen to you and does the work to get to know you the best she can than studies to find what she thinks will work best for that individual for their sessions. This has been my experience with the anxiety hypnosis. It is something I will continue to do in my journey and encourage whomever is thinking about to try it!!

Overall great first experience. The location is great. The office vibe and decor are so calming and soothing, and Kristin’s VOICE could put me to sleep! She got me to go deep and relax enough to release a lot of stored tension, with positive affirmations and ideas how to reach this state when under stress or approaching anxiety. Definitely going to try this again soon!!

I went in for the anxiety and stress, I must say that I felt so much better after the session. Her voice is so soothing that it relaxed me. I have anxiety really bad and for that time frame in that session I felt like a weight had been lifted. I am going to be continuing further sessions in the future. I am now recommending her to family and friends.

Thank you Infinite Changes Hypnosis. I quit smoking cold turkey for three days. Then I had a bad day at work, and on my way home stopped for a pack of cigarettes. Thats when I decided to try hypnosis. The process is really easy. Kristin helped to understand that my cravings are at a subconscious level and that eventually my will power would just run down. But with hypnosis, she was able to bypass my conscious mind, access the unconscious programming and reboot my brain to not desire to smoke. She was awesome.

In addition to the reason I decided to try this therapy I have experienced relief of pain Ive dealt with for years. Another added bonus is my sleep patterns have improved.
