Replaced qindshield because if a crack acrossed the center. Didnt leak before replacement. Had new windshield replaced by ruban . Now leaks really bad on the top left and top right corners. He denies its his fault and blames the truck for the leak he tried to reseal it. Couldnt do it. I hear wind coming through the windshield st speeds of 50mph or higher. I spoke with other auto glass companies. They assured me its an improper instal and fixed my issue and resealed my windshield for 20 dollars and now doesnt leak. I would not recommend with guy unless you feel like battling for a proper install after paying cash for a service.

Ruben did a great job replacing my windshield and passenger window and at a great price. Even cleaned up all the broken glass in my car and cleaned the new windows. He was also very friendly and courteous. I will definitely use him again if I need auto glass and recommend him to friends.

Vision Glass is great! Fast response, Great Work, Very Professional. I had them do my S10 windshield, then we looked the truck over before they left and we decided to have them take out the rear window and put it back in with a better sealant job to stop water leakage into the cab. Highly Recommend

After a little miscommunication that was partly my fault Ruben showed up on time and replaced the windshield on my wifes SUV. Professional and expedient service and the windshield looks like it did when it the car was new. Best of all Vision Auto Glass beat Safelite by $80.00!!!!

Reuben was awesome in his communication with me in setting up the appointment, and squeezing me in so that the job could be done asap. He showed up on time and ready to get it done. It only took him about 45 minutes to fully finish the job, which was exemplary. The new windshield looks immaculate. He showed me the dry rotted pieces which cover the weather stripping near the bottom edges of the windshield, and suggested I get new ones in case if hes not able to save the dry rotted ones. He even let me know where I could get them. But, in the end, he was able to save these pieces and reuse them. It rained last night and is pretty humid today, and there are absolutely no leaks whatsoever. I would definitely recommend him for any glass repair needed. As for the guy that wanted a discount because reuben accidentally dropped the glass. Reuben took a loss in finishing that job, and I believe he should have gotten a 5 star review for that too, being he had to pay for the new glass, offset appointments, and still did an immaculate job, as per the review. Recently purchased a new car and was so disappointed when a rock flew up and cracked my windshield on the freeway! Vision Auto Glass was recommended by a friend (and eventually also used by my Husband as well) and made the process so painless and honestly pretty affordable. Customer service was stellar- Ruben was professional, polite, made it super convenient (comes to your house/work/etc.), and goes the extra mile to make sure you really are pleased with his services. Things you dont see from companies nowadays. Definitely helped to take the sting out of damage on my new car! I highly recommend Vision Auto Glass, you wont be disappointed!

What a Joke!!! The mechanic showed up on time at 11am however dropped the glass in my driveway. Said he needed to drive to Portland to get a new one, I said yeah thats fine. An hour and a half later he calls and says he has another job to do and will lose the business if he doesnt take it. I agreed to let him do this other job and return to mine. He shows up at 3pm by this point. Finishes the job and hands me the bill and I say I hoped we could negotiate about the price given the chain of events. I was patient and excepting and could have made a huge deal about this. He says no, it cost him 2 windshields to fix mine. First off MR. not my fault you dropped it. Second I was polite the whole time through. Then after I am irritated and I agree to the price, I have to ask him to at LEAST vacuum up the glass in my driveway. I live in a cul-de-sac with little children.I would rather pay 2x as much somewhere else than to deal with this issue.
