Had my fingerprints done. The staff was nice and friendly. They also made sure all the prints were high quality. Great attention to detail.

I used to company to forward packages from a retailer who doesn’t ship to my location. They were extremely helpful and polite via email. They were prompt in getting the packages out after repackaging to avoid excessive shipping costs. I will be using them in the future for the same service!

I got fingerprinted multiple times here and got rejected by the FBI because of low quality prints. I have low ridges and told them about it, and yet they didnt even try to accommodate or suggest what i should do. Furthermore, I also got something notarized there and asked specifically if it would work in Oregon since my state was shut down, and they said yes. And it got rejected. They also dont wear masks and dont enforce others to wear masks. Honestly just didnt have any good experiences there.

Great service, but it was disturbing to have my fingerprints done by an employee who was not wearing a mask and didnt wash their hands before or after. Absolutely no pandemic preparedness. Be sure to BYO hand sanitizer and pen.

I just wanted to write a quick review and say how GREAT these guys were. I was in Vancouver for the month (out of town) and needed a lot of specific print jobs completed and several hundred items shipped. The employees here were super nice and got everything done very promptly (even on the week before Christmas). Thanks again, Brooke

I absolutely love this place! Such friendly staff, great location, quick and easy! They offer so much more then just shipping, they even have snacks and drinks. I will never have to go to the post office again! I only use these guys! Thanks so much!!

I love this place! Wonderful staff, quick & efficient. They have 2 computers equipped with internet that anyone can use. I usually do most of my printing from here. Can go in, open my email and print whatever attachments or forms I need right there. Very inexpensive and convenient!

The last few times Ive been in the gentleman at the desk was not as friendly as he once was. (Honestly, if I wanted apathy and indifference I would go the post office and save a little money too.) The young lady is always friendly, but shes not always there. Shes the reason I didnt give it fewer stars. Ill keep going back, but I just wish it was like it was a few years ago.

I am new to the Vancouver area. I went to several other postal places. This is by far the most equipped and cost effective place Ive found. I had to drive a little farther, but the drive was worth it for the excellent, and friendly patient service.Bryan, the owner operator, was efficient and eager to please. He took the time to explain things, and was quick to correct a small mistake made by one of his new employees. I think some of these other places could learn a thing or two from Bryan.

I have a small business and every time I go to Accelerated to drop off packages for Fed Ex pick up staff always helps me bring them in. These are heavy packages and the help is most appreciated! Staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

If I had more than two thumbs I would most definitely wouldve been using them all to give thumbs up to Accelerated Postal & Print and the staff very nice and very kind recommend it to anyone whos looking for postal service and the printing needs!

There is a gentleman that works there that is pretty good but the lady that works there is terrible. Irritated because you dared to walk in and offer to pay for a service. And then insult to injury is the price! Come on the write up on packages is a scam. Go to the post office or to ups and fed ex directly. Such a shame.

Very helpful people working there. The young woman knows me by name, and always offers to help if I have a lot of mail.

On March 4th I received notice from UPS notifying me that I had received a package, When I arrived Jasmine told me the package had not arrived I then drove over to the post office to attempt to locate this package. I had the post office print me proof of delivery and proceeded to return to Accelerated Postal to investigate this, Meanwhile my fiancé called and spoke with Jasmine to reconfirm that it had not arrived he then asked to be transferred to the manager (Brian) My fiancé then mentioned to Brian that he would have to call the police to investigate the disappearance of this package and file a report. About 2 minutes later Brian called my fiancé back and said he had found the package at the business next door and that I could pick it up. When I picked up the package from Brian I asked him where it was found so I decided to go over and thank these nice people for returning it they then told me they knew nothing of this package. Since then I believe that in retaliation for this incident they returned some Easter gifts that involved a timely delivery and because of them returning my gifts I didnt receive them until after Easter disappointing the person who sent the gifts. I have since notified the proper authorities and they are currently investigating this and any future deliveries to my PO BOX
