This was my first time seeking counseling, and I am happy I went with this location. I had two visits with Shelley, and I learned a lot about myself and how I can better take control of my emotions and surroundings. My only criticism is that it took over a month to receive a reply from the office. I was told they were in the process of hiring and training new counselors which caused this delay. Apart from the very long delay, I am happy I came here.

From Dianna, that helped me set up my appointment and figured out insurance to the therapists, this place truly cares about its patients! They are flexible with scheduling and very caring.

Check with your insurance yourself! I was told I was covered and after 3 sessions I found out that I was not. When I called to clarify what went wrong with billing the Co-owner Jeff Goodman belittled me. This was a long phone call and I can assure you Jeff is a terrible human being. I found this to be so bizarre since his company is supposed to be supportive, helpful, & compassionate. During my time on the phone with Jeff he had zero customer service skills what so ever. Jeff never apologized for the inconvenience, he talked down on me and would not let me finish my sentences during our phone call. When I declined his offer to do a 3 way call with my insurance he replied “Why? Are you scared?”. I hope Jeff will get guidance in customer service because no one deserves to be treated the way Jeff treated me.

I called multiple counseling offices in the area with no returned calls; however, the front office person from Refresh Therapy called me back within the same day I left a message and I was able to be seen within a couple of days. Ive been seeing a counselor there for a few months and its been a great experience! Thank you!

I can attest to similar experiences. Couldnt believe how difficult it was to find a doctor for my kid. She has enjoyed her experience with her counselor here and Ive noticed her happier after her appointments.

I was able to get in quickly. The counselor I saw listened and I felt respected. Would highly recommend!

Great place for children to go for therapy. The room they use for sessions has toys to play with, games they play and other activities that are used to help the kids identify emotions, actions, and other areas they might be struggling in. Both kids love going to their appointments, and quickly felt comfortable with each of their therapists

Sad to say that my one experience with Refresh Therapy was very disappointing. Due to a now fired receptionist, Refresh Therapy is still blaming the client (myself) for the lack of communication. It is very unprofessional and very upsetting of how unprofessional this company is ran. The manager and receptionists are very rude and do not supply the type of support you would assume a business like this should have.
