I have had amazing results.If you want someone professional, but friendly who truly cares about you - with an expert skill in performing electrolysis - look no further.The electrolysis treatments Ive received from Audrey are top notch; it has improved my self confidence 1000%. Recovery time is minimal.Audrey as a person is an extremely hard worker, and I have watched her grow her business over time. She routinely re-invests profits into better facilities, more advanced equipment, and top of the line tools. She is a real go-getter and puts TONS of effort into her business and brand. Not many people work harder than she does.Her facility is extremely clean and sanitary.I really have nothing but good things to say about Audrey. If I could give more stars, I would!! Audrey cultivates a safe space welcoming all with her accepting attitude & kind, eager-to-help mindset. Audreys treatment room is pristine clean & her skills are impeccable!! Today, I had a lash lift, tint & strengthening treatment. The transformation is beautiful and I love being able to wake up looking extra glam like Im wearing mascara without actually applying any makeup!! Ive had many of these treatments done throughout salons across the US & this was by far the most comfortable. The warm eye pillow was a cozy, thoughtful touch! Im looking forward to being a long time client here :)

All the previous reviews are everything I was going to say!! Ive had laser done almost everywhere but I have a few stubborn strands that were missed. Electrolysis was the most cost effective solution. Also, because of changing hormones my chin/lip area are always in need of electrolysis. Youre stuck with me Audrey! Oh, and if you want beautiful, permanently shaped eyebrows, Audrey is your gal!! Shes an artist. :-) Thank you for loving your job. It shows!!

I saw Audrey for a sun spot under my eye and a lash lift - I highly recommend both! She was professional, clean, and informative. I was a little nervous going in but Audrey was so easy to get along with and so kind! I am so happy I went to see her! With one treatment the sun spot under my eye was drastically reduced and the lash lift enhanced my lashes with a natural look. Thank you, Audrey!!

Audrey makes an uncomfortable process as nice as possible. Shes fast, her space is always very clean, and she will always tell you what to expect and how best to get whatever work you want done. She is also incredibly nice and really fun to talk with, very laid-back personality, and it makes even longer sessions fly by!She offers other services aside from electrology, but thats all Ive gotten done with her, and Ive had quite a bit done. Based on my experiences with her, Im confident she would have equally high quality of work for any of her offered services.Shes usually pretty booked up, so if youre interested definitely contact asap to get on the list.

During a consultation, Audrey developed a customized electrolysis treatment plan for me and provided detailed information about the process. Audrey is a very professional, sweet young lady. Her shop is well organized, clean, and comfortable.

I came to see Audrey for my annoying armpit hair. I’ve never shaved them but have always plucked. But after 20 years of plucking, it gets tiring! And the ingrown hairs that come after the plucking is annoying too! Audrey taught me about how electrolysis works differently from laser so I decided to give it a try. After five treatments, I can proudly say I’m armpit hair free and I haven’t had to pluck for a few months now. Audrey has been Amazing! I have struggled my entire after puberty life with abnormal facial hair. This is due to genetics and PCOS.At 40 my skin was tired of my plucking, waxing, shaving routine and I started getting in-grown hairs and discoloration. I was at a loss and miserable after getting a consult for laser hair removal that was WAYYYY out of my price range and not guaranteed to work on my darker skin/hair tone. I stumbled across electrolysis and PNW Electrology with a google search and I am so glad I started this journey! Which it is a journey! Audrey explained everything from the very beginning, she let me know what to expect and exactly what I was in for along with a timeline of treatment. I went in knowing that this is a commitment and a process.She has restored my self confidence in so many ways and given me time back! The hours a week I spent removing my facial hair on the daily was embarrassing! The money I spent on waxing, and epilators, and tweezers has been crazy over the years and not having to do that has been freeing.My skin is healing! I no longer have weird pigmentation or ingrown hairs on my face from my constant attacks on my skin, and after 6 months of treatment I am really seeing a difference in how much hair I have and how dark it is. It hurts, I am not going to lie, that upper lip is spicy, but Audrey makes it as pleasant as possible. She works quickly and also has great information to share to help with the pain and the healing process. I highly recommend Audrey for anything you need done. She is amazing to work with and always fun and personable. Basically we are BFFs now!

I received a Keratin lash lift from Audrey and couldnt be more pleased! I have had lash lifts in the past but love the Keratin lash infusion way more! My results lasted 2 months, at least! I am about to schedule my next appointment and also a consult for Electrolysis for my underarm hair! Audrey is very professional and knowledgeable and I completely trust her! I completely enjoyed my relaxation facial with Audrey at PNW Electrology. It was incredibly relaxing and my face glowed for days afterward. Audrey is an expert on the products she uses and is willing to share that expertise with her clients. She is very tuned into her clients and she lets the client set the tone of the session.Previously I had a Lash Lift from Audrey and I would rate that service as 5 star as well. I was concerned about someone doing any procedure around my eyes, but Audrey first talked me through the procedure, and then explained as she did each step. She also was very cautious about hygiene which I think is critical for anyone working around the eyes. I didnt expect this procedure to be relaxing, but I was pleasantly surprised and was very surprised with the dramatic results. This would be fun to do as a Lash Lift party with friends!Again, I cant recommend Audrey enough!
