Grace and the entire team were absolutely wonderful! They handled everything so professionally and were very respectful and kind. Did amazing work. Going through such a horrible family tragedy, they reminded us that there really are still caring, kind hearted, compassionate people in the world. They made sure my dogs were all safe and loved, they made sure everything stayed a private matter.They explained everything to me and worked with me through everything. They showed up quickly and everything was handled in a timely manner and with so much care. I cannot thank you enough, again, for everything you have done for me.

Let me tell you about Grace, and how she was my answered prayer from God. I lost my brother in law, and we needed a cleaning crew. Not only was Irving helpful and was so calm and kind when my head was a mess, but he took the time to walk me through everything. Grace, the second I met her, I have never met a stranger who was so kind, loving, and compassionate. She gave my sister and I both massive hugs and just held each of us until we were ready to let go. She even took care of our dogs so we could stay with my parents. She alleviated so much stress. She even eased the heartache for a bit of time. She would constantly check in on my sister and I throughout the day to make sure we were doing alright, and if we needed anything to reach out, even after she left and the job was done. I have never ever met someone like Grace, and words cannot express the gratitude I will carry in my heart for her forever.

Beware this group is very predatory. It was a very difficult time for our family and the false verbal quote was no where near the final bill. Make sure you have home owners insurance as they charged $285 per person (they sent 2) per hour for them to simply come out and even quote us on the cleanup. The final being over $5,400 for them to come bs in the driveway for 2 hours and work for about 25 mins.

Grace and crew with Aftermath came to my aid cleaning a bedroom after a suicide attempt with a firearm. They were all compassionate and respectful and they treated everything with the utmost care. During the cleanup decisions had to be made about some items that I had not anticipated. Grace offered options and suggestions when I didn’t know what to do. They all treated my loved ones life and privacy with dignity. The care they took with the home was amazing. In just a matter of hours all evidence of what had happened was removed and the room was ready to be put back together. Grace explained the financial piece clearly and patiently and explained how things were going to be disposed of. The entire process was transparent and surprisingly easy. The confidence and professionalism they demonstrated instilled an incredible amount of trust in me that I called the right people. From the first call I placed and spoke with Silver to the last words spoken when the crew finished and were leaving, the experience was better than I anticipated it would be. If you need this service, use this company. To a person they made a heartbreaking experience and an overwhelming task easy to take care of.

This company is amazing. Months ago I had my world shatter with a single phone call to hear there was a crisis at my families home. The first call was with cathy and she told me that there was a crew that wohld meet me,. Cathy spoke of such confidence of Grace that I was at ease. How wonderful to call a company and hear their field workers spoke of with praise. Within a couple hours Grace and a crew arrived, They were all so sweet to me . I never could of imagined being in a situation like that and to have complete strangers show love and care was beyond what i can described .Grace took time to make sure i understood what i was signing and allowed me to cry (she even cried with me) but showed professionalism while showing compassion. The guys offered me bottled water from their truck and were kind while Grace was preparing the paperwotk,. They got started right away and finished the same day,. When I came at the end they gave me valuables they found that I was even aware of, such trustworthy people and it didnt end when they left,. Grace followed up with me several times to make sure the process was still going smoothly and I received a card this past letting me know Im still thought of. I felt valued much more than just a customer they could invoice. I dont ever want to need a company like aftermath again but if I did, they would be the only ones I would want. This company is pretty lucky to have Grace as the face showing up at homes. Ive never experienced so much warmth in a business transaction

I spent three days working side by side with Grace, Justin and Mick from the Vancouver, WA Aftermath office. There are no words to describe how supportive, kind, and hard working they are. I needed to have gutted a 3-bedroom, two-story, 100-year old home, that was filled with 20 years of magazines, bills, cat hair, broken TVs, a kitchen with no running water, mixed in with laundry, collectibles, jewelry, and 100 years of family photos stuck inside all of the above. We also had to corral a cat and rip out carpet. There was not one inch of floor to ceiling space that was clean, not one empty drawer or closet when we started.I was overwhelmed, but the team had a game plan and could see hope.They were never judgmental, only positive and realistic with the scope of what needed to be done. They did all the heavy lifting, and I sorted through closets full of mail for legal docs and keepsakes.These are people with a strong work ethic and are proud of the work they do. I will never forget how they transformed a home to a livable condition and allowed someone to start a fresh life, with new possibilities and renewed hope. Thank you Grace, Justin and Mick.

Grace and the whole Aftermath team have been a pleasure to work with under the worst of circumstances. After an initial call they were available to come to the location within 24 hours, do an estimate and start the work immediately. Needless to say no one ever wants to be in the position to hire such a service but they made one of the hardest parts of what I was going though easy and as painless as possible. Grace was compassionate and had great communication throughout the process.Their work was also impeccable, I was dreading going into the home after but it was clean and as though nothing had happened.Worth every penny. Their detailed invoicing also made it very easy for my insurance adjuster to process.

My experience with Aftermath was incredible! After a loved one’s suicide attempt in his car, I wasn’t even sure where to begin. After some Googling, I called Aftermath, and the amazing staff assisted me in a sensitive and compassionate fashion. They were the first business I dealt with that day to tell me that they were sorry for what happened, and to express hope and concern for my loved one’s wellbeing. Candy, the staff member I spoke to, gave me her personal line and set up the cleaning process ON HER DAY OFF, which was truly going above and beyond. Understanding that we wanted the process done as quickly as possible, Candy was able to send a technician two hours after I sent her the claim information from the insurance company. The technician who cleaned the car, Michelle, was also compassionate and really knew exactly what she was doing. She spent two days tirelessly working on the car and communicating clearly with me the whole time. Aftermath worked so hard to make sure that the process was confidential; at one point someone came over to ask what was going on and Michelle refused to say anything without my permission, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Aftermath to anyone unsure where to begin - they REALLY will take care of everything for you!

When you lose someone you love it seems like nothing can prepare you for the days to follow, especially when a company like Aftermath is needed. However, the love and care we received from this group of people was way beyond anything I could have expected. They didn’t just show up to do a job, they supported me in ways I didn’t even know I would need. Grace, our contact person reached out and made sure first and foremost that we were ok and continued to do so. When I couldn’t handle being in the middle of their work the team came and loaded my car for me. It was a small act of kindness, but made a huge impact on my wellbeing that day. Not only did they provide a huge service for my husband and I, but they also did what felt right in their hearts to protect us. I won’t soon forget these three amazing people. I could not begin to imagine having their job, but I get why they do it, for the love of others. My home had a really bad sewage flood that came up through the shower, flooded my whole home. After all the effected floors & walls were replaced & water damage fixed, my home was almost brand new.The shower was not! It was none of the other companies job to clean it. I found Aftermath on google & called immediately. Robyn & Michelle came first thing! The ladies were kind, supportive & so understanding of my stress. Most of all, I felt safe w/ them in my home. My doggie was a pain & Robyn & Michelle were good about it & sweet to her.Call them if it’s a job you just can’t do!

Our home was the first client for the Portland shop, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. Michelle and her crew came out not once, but twice. We unfortunately had some unforeseen circumstances in a new home, and even though I was sobbing from stress constantly, they were all so supportive. They were quick, incredibly efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make a horrific experience a bit more tolerable. More importantly, my home is safe again. My children are safe again. I am so incredibly grateful for AfterMath. While I hope to never have to use them again, I definitely know who to call if we are faced with disaster ever again.

We have never heard of Aftermath before last Friday the 11th of October. What an amazing operation. We werent the people using the service but knew the gentleman that passed away and his daughter had us pay attention to the detail being performed at the house. Tina the daughter met with Grace the Supervisor and the crew and returned back to Vancouver the same day of arriving. Grace, Justin, and Mick are outstanding workers and very professional and very informative. Place looked AMAZING after the process was done.
