Was very fortunate to find SmartFix. Not only are they local, but the owner performed exactly as he said he would. Said it would be done by end of day, was done ahead of time and works perfectly. And I thought his prices were very reasonable. Most importantly, when leaving a device that has so much personal information on it, I felt he was a very ethical and trustworthy person. My ipad did a face plant on the floor at Taco Bell acouple weeks ago. Needed a fast fix and I found Michaels on Google. Thank God he is in my area. Michael was not only able to fix my screen but he also replaced the battery@ 1/2 price. Other places could do the same fix but for twice the price. Im very happy 😁 with my fix and recommend Smart Fix as the best place for your computer needs. Wheels

Great, fast, service and a far better price the apple store. I had SmartFix replace my shattered iphone11 screen. The complete service took about 30 minutes and the phone works great. The cost was 50% less than taking it to Apple, I had the phone back in minutes and I didnt have to go to Portland. That staff was super friendly. This is my second time I’ve need to get my daughter’s phone repaired ( I broke her screen again, 😞) so I immediately went here to get it repaired due to my first experience which was quick, reasonably priced and Michael was very helpful. So naturally I went back. Michael was there again and was even faster than the first time and I got a small appreciation discount for being a return customer and my daughter had her phone back in about an hour. Fast and affordable! Needed to get new fans and battery installed on my laptop. It was a tricky install since it was under the heatsink and i couldnt do it myself but I bought my own parts. Tech was able to fix and reinstall all coverings even with stripped screws! Fantastic customer service, quick turnaround, and they were even able to get me a part I couldnt find myself. Im glad I wont have to spend another $2000+ on a new computer cuz these guys were around to fix my old one for a fraction of that cost.

The battery in my iPad Air gave up the ghost after six years. The Geek Squad at Best Buy would do the repair for $100, but to do it theyd need my iPad for two weeks. The price and service window at other Apple authorized repair shops was the same. Then I found SmartFix. Not only did Michael perform the battery replacement for less ($89), but he did it in ONE day! Also, because I live in Battle Ground, SmartFix was local. In our interaction, Michael was courteous, friendly, professional, competent and accommodating. What else do you need? So happy I found this place. On the morning of moving out of a house sit in inner SE Portland, my 2017 Macbook Pro battery wouldnt charge - it got down to 1%! Ugh, I will be on the road until Friday... I suspected it was the Amazon cord I bought to replace the original that was bit off by a rabbit I was sitting in Berlin 2 years ago. That would be the easiest fix - to get a new cord but wanted to make sure so had to go to a Mac service place.I had appointment in downtown Vancouver at 10 am and Simply Mac in Lloyd doesnt open until 11:00. I was heading east and hate wasteful driving. Using Google map, found a iFix at Cascade Station only to find a sign on the door saying theyre closed for extended Easter holiday.Spotted SmartFix on the map app, called to make sure my problem could be addressed. Crossed the Columbia river for the 3x. The service is like going to your helpful neighbor. Thank goodness it was just the cord issue but they didnt have one in stock so sold me their own! Saved my day. They definitely gained my trust in an age where thats hard to find with business. After apple quoted me $600 bucks to maybe fix my MacBook Pro, I called these guys and they copied my drive, and put it on an external drive. Took one day and price was great.

Came in with a shattered iPhone 8 screen (I work construction and it took a dive off a 6foot ladder). He was able to fix it and have me back to work in less then 30 min.
