The staff was very friendly, thank you for that, but for $65, I really expected the interior to be cleaner. You can tell where they quickly shined areas on the console, dash, steering wheel, etc, but they missed a lot of dirty areas. So now my car has shiny stripes everywhere. It would have taken literally 2 to 3 min for them to clean it right.So now I have to clean my car after paying that money to have it done. And I do not know what was used on my seats but there are smear spots. They did ask if I was satisfied, but after waiting 30ish minutes, I quickly glanced at the clean dash and floor and gave them a thumbs up. I didnt expect to find uncleaned spots throughout. I used a place in Portland a few weeks ago, that did a better job and it was $39. These pics tell the story.

Saturday August 7, 2021I drove from Longview to Fox’s in Vancouver specifically for the Auto Detail. If I could give negative stars I would and here’s why:1. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours- It took 3 hrs 7 mins.2. When my vehicle was finally “finished” and I got back in I found that ALL of the front cup holders and driver side door cup holder had not been touched, not even a half-hearted attempt to clean them.3. The half-hearted attempt was seen on my dash, around the start button, on and around the radio and heat controls, and the console where the shifter is located. They were all actually still smeared with whatever they were attempting to clean with.4. While waiting I also witnessed other customers voicing complaints that ranged from missing floor mats to still dirty areas on the vehicle after going through the automated car wash portion.All I can say is if this had been a service worthy of the $75 charged, I would have made the trip on a routine basis. However, the poor quality and the amount of time to do almost nothing, means I will not be returning. And to anyone who reads reviews take this one to heart and be aware of the massive FAIL ahead of you if you use this business.Sunday August 8, 2021In Response to the owner’s review comments- I did contemplate voicing my dissatisfaction, however I didn’t want to spend another hour or more for the completion of a job that had already taken 3 hours!! I decided to leave with my not finished detail job, knowing I would never return. After witnessing the disorganized and chaotic nature of 3 separate employees doing one job that wasn’t done correctly, I knew I didn’t want to stay for more of the same.

Other than the line gets out of hand occasionally, this place is great.. they finish with a towel dry and even dress the tires if you go for the top of the line wash. They have a monthly pass, which is worth it especially if you use dirt roads occasionally during the month.

Inexperienced in good customer service, typical here in PNW area. Took my car back after repeatedly getting drive thru car wash and the tires were always left dirty. I was told what do you want me to do about it? Wrong answer to give a customer...all of the tires look like this, every time!

Paid $65 For interior/exterior clean as a birthday gift for my friend. When my friend returned from the car wash it was very poorly done. The rims are not clean the trunk was missed, in between the seats seats were missed, the passenger side floor board was dirty and bugs still in the back window. I called and left a message but no response. The next day I brought in pictures of the car. The managers response was “we don’t do rims”. When I pointed out trunk and back hadn’t been cleaned he said “well they should’ve said something when they picked it up”. I explained we were rushed and didn’t notice how bad it was until we got home. No apologies just excuses. Agreed to “look at it” No promise to actually redo it for free. Just I’m really sorry about that let me fix that for you would have fixed the problem.

I purchased a plan through the app EVERWASH for unlimited washes and I have gotten my moneys worth out of it. Between the birds that love to sit in the trees in my driveway to the debris that falls on it, at times Ive been in daily. Every time Ive been, the workers have been professional, courteous, and hardworking. During peak times you may have to wait in a line but they get you through as quickly as the system will allow. Ive been twice when a worker was out in the line taking payments to help speed things up. I like the spray and broom cleaning before you go through. It helps break up some of the tough stuff. Ive only seen clean folded towels being used for the dry off and my windows are always dried sufficiently to avoid hard water stains. Going through a car was is never going to be as detailed as a hand wash you do yourself so people expecting that need to lower their expectations but for routine car care, I would highly recommend this establishment.

More expensive than previous owner for full service exterior and interior. They now call it a mini-detail. I decided to try it out. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. They did an excellent job of cleaning and vacuuming the interior. Glass was spotless. They applied rubber and plastic protectant. Also applied Rain-X from the drive-thru machine. Will definitely come again, though not as often. A little expensive but not as a full service detail. I recommend it every season.

I have been pleased with the service for a long time. However, the last two times not so much. They have applied tire shine while Im still in the tunnel and the tires are dripping wet. By the time I get home the tires are dry and no shine at all. Looks like they are still dirty.Before applying the shine the tires need to be wiped off.Thank you

I was so impressed with the job these guys did for me ! For not being full service right now (since COVID), honestly, my car looked brand new again! Last week I was going to stop again but evidently someone wasnt paying attention and ran into a power pole? Hopefully things get fixed as I finally found a place I really am impressed with, they really did a bang up job !

I have now wasted 3 25min mid day trips to them just to find it’s closed. Even when there email states they are open till 1pm they are no where to be found.**updated after Fox full service’s response**It makes sense to be closed when we were 110°+ but today we are in the high 80°’s and again if you want to be closed for a week so be it but post that in your email notification or your google page so people aren’t wasting time driving over to a car wash on a nice clear day just to be disappointed.In the time it took me to drive in and drive out 2 other vehicles had done the same thing so it would be a great service to simply update your hrs on google or your email.Thanks

I liked it much better before fox took ownership. I would go in and have my car vacuumed before going through the car wash. Now I have to vacuum to vacuum my own car! I dont have the patience to vacuum my own car. Thats why I drove out of my way to have it done for me!!!! 😟😤

They are all talking in the lobby and nobody is working on the cars that have to be vacuumed, they say they take 35 minutes to clean them inside I have an hour and they havent even touched my car. If you use here for premium detailing, I dont recommend it. It is terrible how long they last while only they talking, only a couple of young people doing everything so that the others nothing.

Reasonable rate car wash gas is a little pricey but its high quality

Avoid this place. I have gone here throughout the years and its always been somewhat mediocre. They are under new ownership so I hoped that it would get better but it hasnt. I went through the car wash today, and paid for their most expensive wash which includes a tire shine. They give you a slip of paper to give to the kids that dry your car to let them know to shine the tires. I went through the wash and rolled down my window to give the kid the slip of paper. He had a serious attitude and told me very rudely that he will shine the tires when he finishes drying the car (which he didnt even completely do). He then came back with the tire shine and did it so fast that I knew something was up. When I got home and looked at my tires what do you know he faked doing it. I will never go to this place again and I would strongly advise anyone else to avoid it.

The full service is closed due to Covid, but for the price I thought they did a great job. 9 bucks and they had 2 guys scrubbing all sides of my vehicle before going through the machine, and two guys on the exit drying off the car. I was impressed so I threw them a few bucks extra!

Rather disappointing this time around. As two employees would rather sit on their butts than dry off my car as I paid for it to be done. Super slow time so I was only 1 going through . I dried it off my self while they went back to sitting on their butts. Ill think twice on tipping as well as I did that day.

Best car wash in Washington State. Hands down. Love it! My car is always cleaner than everyone’s in my neighborhood. I usually get the $14 one with the tire shine.

Something went wrong with what used to be a reliable business..while sitting in my car during the wash I heard a snap..and tug to the right..thought it was just brushes readjusted..I left town for four days..my car is pearl white..walking toward the right front I noticed scratches above my head light and on my head light..now I know what the snap was..yep..it cut into my paint..what was once owned by a respectable company is no more..do not trust your vehicle to their lack of machine care..

I used to work here, this place is the best car wash youll find. Here are hard workers that seek your happiness by delivering whats promised! I mean a towel dry with every car wash!!! If you love your car as much as I do Id trust the employees at Foxs car wash to keep your ride looking so fine! Ill be swinging by to get my car cleaned here and no where else ! The personal touch is priceless. You drive up and two real live people -- not a robot -- pre-wash and scrub your car. If you ask they will address a problem area gladly. The majority of the wash is automated but at the end are two more people with towels to wipe down the car so it doesnt get water spots. I appreciate that this business chooses to employ at least 4 people each shift when other washes are fully automated and dont return wages into the local community.Bargain hunters who like a clean car: for $18 a month you can get unlimited washes. (ok I think its one wash a day, but thats semantics.) It also expedites the wash process as all you do is pull up a QR code on your phone. If you wash weekly thats like paying only $4.50 per wash. You cant coin op a wash for that price.

I love going to your carwash, but man you guys are understaffed! I frequent the wash often and I see the manager Emilia every morning. Weve talked several times and she is just so outstanding. Shes doing the lords work, let me just say that. She is a one-woman army thats for sure!I love Foxs but Id prefer to spend my dollars at a place where I know the owners arent over working their employees... You really need more people to help her out! She always looks so stressed out and overwhelmed because of the shortage of staff; I feel so bad for her.

The best car wash ever

I purchased the daily car wash through the app store for both my vehiclesthey were closed for repair 4 times in the month I had the program dealon Saturday 5/9/21 in the middle of the day again closed for repair! Enough is enough I had to go to another car wash on 99th Street chevron where there never closed! The wash was never consistent and the wheel wash never worked properly. So not a good deal all around .

They did a great job but for someone on a fixed budget it may be a little too pricey. The owner came by my car and introduced himself letting me know he was the new owner. Very friendly and I feel that if you were not satisfied with your service he would do his best to make it right. My car was really dirty on the outside and it is all clean now. It is the only place I know if in Vancouver Washington that does a full service meaning they vacuum and wipe down the inside and clean the windows inside. I only have 4 starts just because I feel in anything there is always room for improvement.

Much better under new owners. Make an appointment and they do such a thorough job you would think you went to a detail shop and paid three times the money. Waited an hour but totally worth it.

Hazel Dell Car Wash does a good job cleaning your car. Fast and efficient and a fair price of $9 to keep your car looking nice and clean. The attendant was good at his job and was pleasant too. Towels were available for drying your car but, since I was heading north on I-5, I took the Air Dry option. Overall, a good value and will be frequenting Hazel Dell Car Wash again!Edit: Ive been a few times since my first visit and Hazel Dell Car Wash has consistently been great! Keep up the good work! 😁

The attendant who took my money was not wearing a mask. This was this morning (Jan. 18th) a little after 8:00 a.m. The attendant was a young man. Disgusting given the fact that with the noise of the car wash he has to practically yell in my car to ask what I want. I usually give a tip to the guy who dries my car - but no mask. Wont be back.

I have tried other places in the area and never receive as good of a clean as Hazel Dell Car Wash. only 4 stars as there is always room for improvement.

Everyone here is so friendly and they do amazing work in such a short amount of time - not to mention the fact that they are miracle workers because my car was recently the dirtiest I had ever seen it before I brought it here and it now looks brand new! The folks over a Fox’s do a phenomenal job. I recently moved to Vancouver from NY and I was surprised that there were so few full service car washes. I have 3 young kids, who on the regular, do a number to the back seat of the car. I’m amazed how great the car looks after going with “the works”!

Hands down the best place in town to get your car washed! It’s sad that a lot of the places that clean out your interior before washing the exterior seem to be disappearing but I’m glad that Hazel Dell Car Wash has managed to stick around so long.They do an excellent job inside and out, depending on the package you choose they will clean out the inside of your vehicle and even shampoo your interior rugs. Another huge plus is that they towel dry the outside after running it through the wash so no water spots are left afterwards!For what they do I feel that the price is extremely fair and I hope they continue doing what they do for a long time! And as long as they do, they can count on our return business!

Great prices. Good customer service. They missed a few spots when vacuuming, but I can understand that because I drive a bigger car. Will continue to use them when I am on that side of town. Love that they wipe down your car after the wash.

Its a good car wash if you have a big pick up truck like a large Dodge lifted it should fit mine does. The people at the end of it do a pretty good job of Drying your truck as well.

You wouldnt take a bath in a place that wears on your body well neither should your car. This is hands down the best place to take your car. So many choices for washing and cleaning out your vehicle. Wait inside while they work or choose the classic quick wash, which they still have a couple people waiting at the end to hand dry the areas that need it.

I have gone multiple times. Every time I get the Works package. Every time I end up shining my own dash, wiping out cup holders etc... Which is disappointing but fine I guess.. What gets me the most and why I probably wont go back is that every time without fail, I have to ask a worker fir a towell so that I can dry my truck and clean out the wheels.. Why am I even taking it to have it done honestly.

This facility does the best job out of all the car washes we have visited in the Vancouver area. They are consistently well staffed and they do a thorough job. They even found the prescription sunglasses I had lost inside the car, and simply left them on the drivers seat so I could find them!They think of everything. The waiting area is always clean and welcoming, the restrooms are very clean and well stocked, and the people behind the register are honest and polite.Go here. Theyll treat you right.

This car wash is always my go to. They do a very good interior detail. Vacuum the interior and wipe everything down and clean windows etc. Its not a super detailed but for the price its such a great deal. They hand dry the vehicle to avoid water marks. I will always come here for my car detailing needs.

Need someone to come to your vehicle as soon as you pull in to take your order. One person preps your vehicle, which some are lackadaisical when prepping. They need to work as a team on a vehicle. Job is good but Service needs attention.

The rims were still dirty despite paying the extra and car was not all the way clean either.

180.00 detail and they barely waxed it. Didnt even rub all the wax off. Bug stuff all over it still,running boards not done. Was told to come back in an hr. Somewhat better,then driving home I see they had put some kind of wax on the dash dials and never buffed it out. Did it myself rather than deal with them. They used to be good,not anymore. Waste of money. I do a better job than they do. Will never go go back

Terrible, I paid for the basic interior and exterior car wash after we went camping. After cleaning I still had dust everywhere! Even the windshield wasn’t clean. This was a total waste of money. I think I would have done a better job at home with my shop vac and garden hose!

It is a hot busy day, with a fair amount of traffic. I am currently fourth back in the line and have been waiting for 25 minutes but cant escape without asking all the cars behind me to back up into separate lines. Meanwhile, there are two employees wandering around staring at things when they could be asking people what wash they want and let them get inside to the air-conditioned area. Most of the people doing the vacuuming and such look like theyre working in slow motion. I presume it is a good car wash once you get to it, but this place is begging for some decent management and common sense customer service.

95 degrees outside and still these hard workers put on a smile and do the job. Im always impressed at how dedicated these people are to their work. I always ask for something special and they are willing and ready to please. Easy to give a generous tip at this place.

Great exterior wash for $10. They took the time to scrub all the bugs off the front... and hand dried after. My wife was in the car behind me... I can’t believe she didn’t tip the guy.

Great car wash has no issues most of the time. One thing I think can be improved is I would like the option to vacuum my own car. You need to buy the full service wash to get a vacuum. No self vacuum here.

Really Was Expecting More But Got Less. Was misinformed that in order to get the dust and detailing you had to get the Ultra car wash package. Anyways after spending almost $80 dollars total, my car was not cleaned professionally inside and I had to ask them to vacuum again. I was really disappointed because a lot of reviewers had a better experience. I guess it depends on who cleans your car. :-/

Quick busy wash. Hand dry, single pass wash worked well. Additional feature list gives a full range of cleaning options. Gas, carwash and snacks.....whats bad about this??? Staff members helpful and efficient. Will use again!
