I contacted Northwest Auto Spa about getting my new wheels ceramic coated and Edwin managed to fit me into his schedule on a very short notice. Edwin was very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I received my wheels in a timely manner and was super impressed with the results! Very impressed with these guys! Edwin and his whole crew did an incredible job with the tint on my tesla model 3! Ive been told its one of the most difficult windows but wasnt charged any extra and it was done to perfection! Cant wait to get back in for a full detail, paint correction and ceramic coating! We love Northwest Auto Spa! We went on a week long road trip to California with our two dogs (German Shepherd and a husky, so lots of hair!) and car camped. My 4Runner was filthy! I picked my 4Runner up today and she is SPOTLESS. the interior is immaculate. I only did an express outside wash but the outside looks incredible too! Much much better than a harsh automatic car wash. I will definitely return to NW Auto Spa for any of my detailing needs! Price was fair for the incredible work they did!

Took my 2013 civic in for a full premium detail and tint. It did not even look like the same car once it came out. I felt like I had a brand new car from what I brought in, I was amazed. We took my Mother-in-Laws 2007 Kia mini van and they turned it into a brand new vehicle. The work that they did was excellent and impeccable, and I am having my vehicle done there as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely 5 stars! First and foremost I have 2 hundred pound dogs that roam that back of my suv with no hammock. They vacuumed every single dog hair follicle. They also got rid of stains on my seats from the previous owner as well as stains I accumulated getting into the car with rain or snow on me. Lastly I had a scratch on my front bumper from pulling into a parking space. That is gone as well. Price is well worth it. Nobody better

Now this is the spot for any kind of car detail. Got the windows tinted and they came out dope and clean. Also, the interior came out looking brand new. Pricing is real good and affordable. Owner is real nice and friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. Ill definitely be coming back.

I took my red 1987 Porsche 924s to them and opted for the Premium detail package. The car has been in the family since my father purchased it that year, so the sentimental value is far greater than the cars monetary value. Because its 34 years old, Im often hesitant to leave her in anothers hands. Well, Im glad I took her to NW Auto Spa. Edwin (the owner) and his team took that 34 year old red paint, which was starting to fade into an orangey/pink tint on some spots, and brought her back to life!!! She is now a rich red all over! Truly amazing!!! Clearly, nothing will beat a fresh new paint job, but this comes in at a close second. I will mention, however, that Edwin and I did have a miscommunication about the final price, but if you were to ask me if what I paid was worth it, I would say hands down it absolutely was! If you love your car, go see these guys... confirm the price before they start, but go see them.

Took my 2017 mustang, for an exterior paint correction/ceramic coating. I am extremely happy with amount of care and love that went towards my vehicle. Photo does a disservice to the crew because in person, the car looks incredible!

After two attempts at getting the ppf put on my Crosstrek, and the ppf not fitting the bumper. Edwin said he could cut some off making the other side the same (leaving the bumper exposed).I finally decided to just  have it removed. Was informed he didnt HAVE to give me a refund. He decided to keep $200 plus tax.  After he removed the ppf, was told he cleaned my car. Sure he washed it and left it in the sun to dry. I have NEVER had water spots on any of my cars, but now I have to clean them off.And finally my glove box was open when I went to get into my car, so he also went through my glove box.

The inside of the car looked brand new but as we looked closer there were a lot of scratches that were brand new after the detail and our passenger side window button is broken now. I am guessing from someone pressing on it too hard while cleaning. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone unfortunately.

Fantastic job Edwin and team!! He kept telling me should look brand new. Interior was filthy and caked with dog hair in every crevice. Looks like came off the showroom floor both inside and out. As a metal worker who treated their vehicle more like a work car than a commuter, after 3 years of abusing my car was disgusting. Northwest Auto Spa completely reshaped it into making it look like a brand new car. I wouldnt go anywhere else for detailing after seeing the work done first hand.

Called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and forgot about my appointment. Called them up at noon the day of and they still fit me in and my truck was DIRTY DIRTY I had mold growing in places, spilled soda all sorts of things under my seats and it smelled like old dead worms sitting in the sun all day. When I picked up my truck it was fresh off the lot spotless and smelled new again 10/10 would recommendI do believe the guys name was Edwin. Very professional, I am very impressed Great Job!

Our car had a leak in the sunroof and we had a couple inches of water in the car and a bunch of mold. We took it in and Edwin and his team killed the mold and have the car looking brand new! Edwin knows what hes doing. Although I only got to enjoy my car being waxed and detailed for a day before it rained, its been a week of showers and my car still shines. Their product is specialty bought and their equipment is top of the line. I highly recommend coming here, even for their price. Edwin is the man made my carpets in my toyota look brand new again and the seats! Wow, Edwin definitely exceeded my expectations on my moms 2001 Buick Century. No Pet hair/stains etc, but the front cloth seats had stains a charcoal color that I was not going to be surprised if they wouldnt come clean. Then the drivers door sill and arm rest also had dirt embedded in tiny little pockets. He even cleaned inside the gas refill door! plus cleaned the trunk. I cannot recommend Northwest Auto Spa more highly, and Edwin specifically (Not sure who all there performs detailing, but Edwin did mine.) All work completed in only 4- 1/2 hours, which I thought was very fast.

Mans work is the best i’ve seen hands down. i haven’t had the opportunity to experience a wash from edwin but i did get to chat it up a little and the value and the mindset the guy has just shows he’s not your average detailer.
