My experience was that they contracted for many things they were not ready to deliver on. I thought about taking it to our attorney but decided to move on without devoting negative energy to the lack of skill on the part of Stratus. When we signed a contract with Stratus, they told us they would do the scouting for an associate but soon afterwards they said they are no longer doing that. It was an important consideration when we hired them. They said they offerred team enrichment but they had little to offer. The help with treatment plan acceptance was absolutely no help at all. They tried to get us to accept classes run by them at a location in Scottsdale but had no provisions for continuing education credits which most consultants can offer. The company went though so much change the year (2016 to 2017) we were contracted with them that two of a team of many were the only ones still working with them when we left. I am much happier going to conferences and learning far more than Stratus could deliver on as well as hiring specific consultants for specific work and would never consider Stratus again.
Everyone at Stratus has been extremely professional and prompt in their service to our office. We feel confident that they will always follow through with what they say they will do and it has been a pleasure to work with all of them!
Dynamic group of people at Stratus. From business management to marketing and staff training they are at the top of the game and deliver on what they promise. Its been a pleasure working with them.
They are an offsite management group that digests the inner workings of Sikka software then explains those numbers back to you for $3k/month. The language they used around the medical professionals were jargons normally used in a PMI(Project Management Institute) seminar. If your office has an accountant, he or she would be able to read the reports sent out by Sikka software. They have no local presence that can give hands on training. We did get in office training and lunch in the form of a team building workshop that took half a day to determine which personality quadrant was more dominant in each team member. They have an HR component to their services. That was probably the service that we really did make use of. Aside from that, Id just go directly to Sikka software for the morning huddle reports. Now Im paying $350 vs $3000.
Stratus has been great for me and my practice.
Very helpful and friendly!!
