I called and when the lady answered she got distracted with other coworkers and forgot she had answered the phone. I listened to their conversation for about 10 minutes while shouting “hello” to let them know I was on the line. I ended up hanging up and when I called back the same exact thing happened.

If youre reading this you probably have some consternation inducing paperwork in your other hand, we had Nicole help us with ours and had a great experience. She helped us find some solutions that were well outside of our realm, was really pleasant and made a typically difficult situation easy and comfortable. Thanks Nicole!

Bad and slow service! I only went there as an emergency. Was trying too get my tonnage for my semi truck and she was trying too get proof of my relationship to my bussiness . Like it matters to her.. I was there to give them money not vise versa! I was doing it for years and nobody asked me for that! Registration and 2290 was always enough in Tacoma, WA and at the end she threw the receipt at me!

Did online order for tabs to speed up the process, wrong! Had to wait in line, behind 7 people, really! No line or separate place for online orders like other licensing places? WILL NEVER SUPPORT HWY 99 AUTO LICENSING AGAIN!

I like this office, always treated nicely by the ladies behind the counter. Never had a reason to complain over dozens of licensing transactions. I feel sorry for them having to deal with all the inpatient people who cant wait in lines and expect instant service.

This is the only DOL I use in Vancouver. Been going here since I was able to drive. Sometimes the line is long and moves slow but Im always treated top notch.

Absolutely a horrible experience. There are four women there behind the counter and three of them do not know their head from their ass and rely on the only one that knows her stuff. If you get any of the three they have no idea what the state requires and what it does not. So they will make you do things that do not need to be done. Cannot believe what they put me though for two weeks just to later find out they lied to me about what was required by the state because they did not know. Highly recommended any other DOL other than this one. What a -ucking joke. This is 100% true.

Very knowledgeable staff. Jessica was a great help. When I called she explained what was needed so that I didnt have to make multiple trips like I did when going to Oregon DMV or out to Camas.

As other reviewers have mentioned, if you have the choice between this location and the one in Woodland, go up North instead. The Woodland Auto Licensing location has always been pleasant, fast, and helpful.Comparatively, our experience with the Hwy 99 Auto License has always been subpar. The customer service has been unacceptable- as they never finished processing our Report of Sale after we sold our car to someone else, then proceeded to be rude, accusatory/defensive, and interruptive when we called them to ask if there was any steps we could do to fix the issues.Ultimately, our experience on the phone has been 1-Star service, while in person they tend to be a bit more well-mannered and helpful. This leads to our overall rating for this location of 2-stars and a kind suggestion to go elsewhere (preferably Woodland) for your Auto Licensing needs.

Open on Saturdays until 4p.m.!Its in the far back of the ace hardware store.Expect a line, but all these licensing places in Clark county have long lines. Helpful staff and friendly.

Absolutely no sense of urgency!

Horrible customer service. They are not helpful, to the contrary they will do everything in their power not to license your car. Multiple times they have been incompetent and other sub agents have came through.

Go to Lewis river auto licensing. The people at hw 99 are dumb and will find any reason not to process your paperwork. Twice now I have gone there and been told they needed other stuff and then gone to Lewis river auto licensing and had zero problems. The people at hw 99 are rude too.

Here we stand in line at 9:20 in the morning and nobody is waiting on anybody because they’re too busy doing their stickers not good
