Stella gave my husband and I the best experience ever! We will never go back to palm beach tan. It was our first airbrush spray tan so we were nervous. Stella made us so comfortable and talked us through the entire process. They have the best customer service and we LOVE OUR TANS!! They squeezed us in last mintute and are priced reasonably. I came in here looking super pale,And super uncomfortable on what to expect being that this was my 1st time spray tanning,I walked in and was greatest by Stella, she’s so professional and she explained the process made me feel super confident and comfortable..You can tell she has years of experience because she got me in and out, the spray tanning process was amazing with her..They got a future customer with me.!

I was looking for a local place to test an Infrared Sauna and they happened to have one. The new member special was about $10 for a 45 minute session. The staff was very friendly and polite and I would definitely recommend checking them out. The sauna needed to be sealed a bit better as it had some major air gaps and separations. But it was still OK. I think Im just a bit too big of a person to fully enjoy that type of sauna.

I got a spray tan from the owner! Best experience! Great attention to detail and love the way i looked and felt leaving the salon! Will definitely be returning. I especially appreciated that as soon as i was done being sprayed i was complete dry.

Stella was absolutely amazing!! Made the experience of getting a airbrush extremely comfortable and fun! You can tell she knows what she is doing- leaving feeling like I went to the Bahamas!!

Great people! Nice tanning bed. I got a italian soda today and it was very good. I have never seen tanning and coffee shop together before. I love the fact that I can get a cold drink after a tanning sesh. Also, when I am done with my tanning package I will definitely come again for the drinks. The staff were very rude and snooty. Also the bed they put me in was so janky. The face tanning bulbs didnt even work. Also you have to have an appointment and absolutely under no circumstances will they let you just walk in. So ridiculous.

The lady was very friendly and helpful and walked me through everything and the environment was so pleasant and calming. I’m looking forward to buying a coffee here after a tan. Best coffee around, beds are always clean and well kept, pretty much what you would expect. The people behind the counter are the “5 stars”, Nichole is a absolute riot. They are very knowledgeable in tanning and lotions, and have never tried to upsell me in service or products. Coffee gives you a chance to hang out and get to know “the regulars”, great people.

Could you find a tanning salon any more friendly than this? ...I certainly have not! Renee and her staff are absolutely fantastic! Smiles all around. There are always clients coming in and out as well... its nice to see a local business so busy! On that note, plenty of beds and rarely any wait times.The facility has a warm and welcoming feel. It is always very clean and comfortable. Beds are maintained well and pricing is also very reasonable. Ive tanned here on and off for several years now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and theyve never tried to up-sell me into buying something I dont need. Would recommend 1000 times over Palm Beach.

Never had been here before I walked in asked for info on their packages the guy was really informative and gave me the best offers and deals for what I needed. Ive had the best conversations with the staff here just at random, plus when your done you can grab a coffee.... BONUS!!Its like cheers here when you walk in after a few times they know you by name, love the small town feel. Ill continue to come back

Ive been going tanning years since 2014 theyre always professional, polite, Ive never had a problem.

I was really surprised when I got a person did spray the tan but it turned to be a comfortable situation and Im pleased with the out come. Definitely going back!

I love this place. Only place I know of that opens at 7am. Its really nice to finish with the gym and tan all before 730am. Everyone is always nice and helpful and here and their they give free upgrades just so you can try a bed. I am not sure if they still have this deal but I pay 99 dollars for 3 months unlimited which I think is a great deal. Hope this helps anyone looking for a place to tan.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing my air brush tan has turned out every single time I have gotten one from this salon. At least 6 in the past year. It is by far the best experience I have had with tanning. And I have tried at least 10 other places in the Vancouver area and none have compared to this. I feel comfortable and pampered and listened to. There is no pressure or up sales or hustle involved. Im not rushed in and out the staff all knows the products they have and will answer any questions or concerns you have promptly and professionally. And i would recommend at least trying this place out for any of their amazing products one time because you will love it if you enjoy being spoiled.

First off, its one of only 2 places I will go to get coffee and the only place in Vancouver. If you like actual coffee and not coffee flavored syrup that you get at the other small establishments that only hire teenagers that are either on speed or genetically altered to be way too enthusiastic all the time! Or the burnt coffee flavor that seems to be the trademark of one of the most popular chains in the world... then this is your coffee place! While you are here, if you happen to have a slight case of ginger-vitis, you can get a good base tan so when you visit your hot vacation destination and sit out by the pool, you will not look like a sun burnt overcooked lobster that everyone pegs for a tourist and you get targeted by scammers who take you for your life savings and leave you stranded in the bad part of town. Instead, you will look like you belong and women in bikinis, who are working their way through med school at night, will bring you free Mai Tais and strawberry Daiquiris....Oh yeah, the staff is super nice and very helpful, great to talk to!
