For the last three weeks they have not picked up my recycling. Im not sure what the problem is. Ive called and left a message.

Not only do we randomly get skipped for pickup. I have caught the pickup crew just flinging my bins on camera, leading to cracks and breaks in the bins that they refuse to replace. I have had to buy several new bins. Its become ridiculous

We take our recycle out to the facility.. In the building they have huge cardboard boxes to recycle egg cartons and 1 box for BOOKS... plus shelves set up for books.. like a library.. anyone is welcome to take any book they want.. PLEASE just recycle when you are finished.

SO THANKFUL we have the opportunity to recycle in our community! The in-town curbside weekly pickup of cardboard/paper and plastics/metal is such a gift, and the center being open certain days throughout the week for larger drop offs is so appreciated! Even when Ive had large items Ive struggled to break down or know where to place them, the staff has always helped me. Such a great place!

Excellent service with hardworking folks. The center has a library, compost, an area for brush drop off and much more. I am thankful for this caring group of folks in my small town.

Was not picked up this week because of a water break. Called to inquire the next day after it still was not picked up. Could not tell me if it would be picked up or not. How hard would it have been to pick up 5 bins the next day. We pay for WEEKLY curbside service.

They have driven past my recycles for three weeks in a row ! I have called them twice and they still haven’t been here. They did get all my neighbors recycles though!

Always leaves a mess in my yard, attitude when you point it out
