Does anyone know if anyone actually works at the post office??? Ive called multiple times and no one answers.... I was wondering if they are going to send a paycheck since all of my neighbors, including my self re- deliver mail on a normal basis! Cmon USPS its a small town.

I was told that they “attempted” to deliver my package at 10:01 pm when it was 7:30 pm. When I had called earlier to check the status the lady was very curt and snarky on the phone telling me that it wouldn’t get delivered until later, as if I was supposed to know my mail ( which is usually delivered around 2 pm) was supposed to be dropped off in the EVENING.Edit: (ongoing experience) after a moving, I changed my address. a month and a half after the address change, I was still getting my mail sent to previous addresses and not getting it forwarded. I went in to talk to someone about it to make sure that it actually went through. They went back and looked and said, No youre good! There is a sticker that says we should be sending it to your new address. So, either someone was too lazy to change where they sent the mail or they were ignoring it because I wasnt getting any mail at my new address.

They won’t answer the phone and have no idea where a package is. I’ve tried calling for days.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Rarely do they answer a phone call. Packages and mail that cant get delivered properly. They dont care. They could care less if you get your mail. So sick and tired of the USPS.

There is a middle-aged female clerk with reddish-brown who should not be working with customers. I do a little eBaying, and on December 12th, 2013, I came in to get some estimates on a few packages to finalize my transactions. When I came in the next day (the 13th), this woman - a different clerk than the one from the 12th - was the one who helped me. She quoted me a different price on priority shipping and told me that my items didnt qualify as media mail. What she told me was completely different from what I was told the day before. Now I really dont care who was right and who was wrong, because these employees are not coordinated nor do they have stake in the company for which they work. Mistakes happen. But this woman was instantly defensive when I tried to explain to her the difference in what I was being told and treated me with a curt, snarky, condescending and catty attitude. Again, she could have been the accurate employee - but who cares when youre treated so poorly? Its exhausting working with customers. Its easy to galvanize internally preconceived strategies for combative customers. Its also completely possible to have bad days. But for effectively having my chain yanked, I was very patient. If this employee construes every question as an attack on her self-esteem or work ethic or her own knowledge of protocol, she really should find a job that doesnt give her face time with people. Even if I had swallowed a crazy pill and made everything up and truly believed it, wouldnt a polite explanation and an understanding empathy for the inconvenience of what I was experiencing give a net positive contribution to the world as opposed to a net negative? Defensive rigidity is not only unprofessional, it leaves a bad taste in everyones mouth.

If my mail shows up all tore up again from your carriers being careless i will be in to say some words so fix it thank you!

Horrible service. They just dont care.
