Thought that warranty would cover the work... After finding out that the warranty we had would not cover anything... Quick Lane Started working before we were even given a estimate/service price to decline or agree to. Quick Lane proceeded to charge us although they didnt fix anything. They were also trying to push additional work on to the vehicle that I did not want done. Ridiculous business practices. In my opinion this is not a mechanic that you can trust. I will never return.

I came in with a slight emergency, the plastic splash shield on the front of the car was dragging on the road and I had a 45minute drive ahead of me. They had me in and out in less than five minutes, they removed the splash guard for me, no charge. Thank you so much!😀

Had to fix a door lock actuator on my wifes Honda. Not only did they work me in to the schedule, but they were $350 cheaper than the Honda dealer!! Great value, and professional.

Lady on the phone told me they don’t make appointments, to come in for first come first serve. Get there and they said I needed to make an appointment. Then three employees continued to laugh at the situation

We experienced an unfortunate encounter with debris on the highway and were only a few miles away from them... they were professional, quick & friendly (plus, super clean & followed all of CDCs guidelines for COVID-19). They got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes!

Been here multiple times and suspiciously everytime I go in for something simple (oil change) a couple days later i have bigger issues with my vehicle. Wouldnt recommend going here it seems as though either they mistaken mess things up or purposely mess them up.

From the very beginning their business approach has been top quality! I wouldnt hesitate to take my car there for service at any time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help!

Came upon QL quite a few years ago out of necessity for service that was needed quickly; my former center was closed for the day. And I really havent looked back. Although some of the staffing has changed, the service continues to be great. I can count on a welcoming environment, the mechanics are transparent, knowledgeable, informative, and do not even attempt to sell service that is not needed; a good shop to me is invaluable in knowing you will be taken care of efficiently and fairly. A great team from the service desk to the shop and Brett is awesome!

I had an object in my tire and needed immediate assistance. Pulled in and they fix it with no charge. Great service and they will get my business the next time I need something.

The young lady who waited on me, Bree, was very nice, knowledgeable, and helped cut cost which I very much appreciated. She was very personable,She explained everything, got me set up on their rewards program. She was very knowledgeable about automobiles, tires, etc--in fact she sounded like a mechanic!

After incurring a flat tire on our way home from Florida, we googled tire repair services for the Van Wert area. Talk about a great referral to Quick Lane. Brianna welcomed us warmly then jumped into action inviting us to unload our trunk luggage in their lobby, called suppliers for a replacement rim to no avail. Then called our Angola Ford dealer to order a rim for when we arrived home. Finally the crew checked tire pressure in all other tires. Then they refused to take any payment for tremendous service that totally exceeded expectations. Thats why we should support our local businesses. Thank You, J & C Scott

We just had a blast of artic air come into our area and because of that, my boyfriends tires on his truck went flat, it was just so cold. We took them to Quick Lanes and they fixed his tires, free of charge. We had never been there before, prior to this visit. They were really nice and friendly! I was needing an oil change so I decided to get my oil changed there, give them business after they helped my boyfriend out. Again, very friendly staff. Along with the oil change, they also did like a 100 point inspection on my car (this was included with the price of the oil change) and they made me aware of some of the issues on my car. Im glad I was informed NOW and not LATER. So I highly recommend this shop for the service of your vehicle. Theyll definitely be keeping my business!

They didnt open at the posted time, but I did come back later and got good service with reasonable wait time on my oil change.

I was visiting town and had a flat tire. They were very helpful. They had no available technician to come and assist me. However, they called a sister company (Statewide Ford) and called me back to be sure I was taken care of. Wow - great service!

Ive received all new tires from here and have had many oil changes but since the new tires i have had nothing but problems with the tire pressure light being on and it being a different problem every time i take it in. Now it is my abs light. Always something. I feel like the workers are incompetent in their work or careless because i should not need to go back every 2 weeks to get a problem fixed it feels like. I have had no problems with anything else except when i got these new tires and its always a different tire causing problems. Wish I could get my money back for all the times i have been there previously. Looks like i will be looking for other places to take my car!

Honest, hardworking, knowledgeable & excellent service!Quoted price for brakes to be fully serviced. Ended up being half the costs because not needing calipers replaced afterall. Job was done timely (parts even had to be ordered ahead of time since its a foreign car, which means theyll have to send the not needed parts back now). Trust this place fully!!

Took the car in for a scheduled oil change, the cap was stripped and their policy is they wont mess with that despite that being their job. Took it to the other place and it was done in 20 minutes.
