Seems to be a nice clean Mobile Home Park I know a couple people live there and they really like it and I will soon be moving in there

I work here and know people that live there no complaints from either

Lady was friendly and gave me all the information I asked for. I also talked to a couple residents who were also nice.

Yeah if the rent was stopped going up all the time people can afford to live here but every time you turn around the rents going up $10 $80 its not like we have a pool out here or a big park with the kids or much less the dog park but other than that I dont see why our rent keeps going up

Its home. Streets well taken care of. Holiday activities for families. Yearly garage sales. Back to school happenings for the kids. Pet friendly. Maintenance crew very good at what they do, which is everything! No activities for seniors.

My fiancee and I have had such a great experience working with Whispering Sands and their management. They are always willing to help and fix anything we have questions or problems with. It has been nothing but a 100% satisfactory experience and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and any of their properties to anyone looking for a place to live.

Have had one of the very best experiences renting from/dealing with the management here at Whispering Sands. There has been not one issue, question, or situation where they have not helped to resolve, answer, and handle with/for me and my family. When I was looking to rent, I was out of state having a world of trouble doing so (over the phone/internet). That was until I gave Whispering Sands a call. Damian returned my call, was willing to email me the application, get all paper work in line, and allow me to make everything work while working out of state. This helped me to make sure when I got off the road, my family had a place to come home to. So in as much as I would recommend them, I do more in thanking them for all the blessing and joy it has been working with them.

Visited some friends at the park after they had moved in. We decided to go for a walk around the place. Towards the back of the park it looks like a slum, dogs that are nothing but skin and bones and trash everywhere.

This is a wonderful trailer park and the community is very welcoming the only down side is it can get kind of messy out side and the park is dangerous
