Make sure you bring your own quarters since both of the coin machines do not work. Never been into a laundromat that doesnt have working coin machines. Cant wait for the Ladybug cleaners to open back up.

This place has been good in the past....I really think that is the past....stuff all over floor. 50 cents for 1 minute to dry really??? Vending machine eats your money...change machine not working...

Decent amount of units, kinda small place though, not alot of seating, no games, t.v. was on though..sais free wifi but no password was posted and nobody was working when I went at about 8p.m. Wouldnt recommend taking a large family with you or multiple kids because they will be going crazy with boredom. Was clean and practical for couples or single people. Spent about 30$ for 4 loads

Hands down the best laundromat in the Valparaiso area. Grace (the manager) is such a delight! I love talking with her while I’m doing my clothes! It’s ALWAYS VERY CLEAN inside the store & inside the washers/dryers. I won’t take my clothing anywhere else to wash!

No one was wearing masks. Dirty washers & floors. Loud washers.. Lady was taking garbage out but was putting garbage lids on areas where we are supposed to fold clothes. Gross.

Never again will I go to this laundromat. The only reason I gave this place a chance was because Ladybug was closed for renovations. Its overpriced and hardly any parking available. American Laundromat will never get my American dollars ever again!

Supper friendly staff. You wash your clothes at your own risk! We have used it twice with out any problems getting change. The prices on the machines are fair considering it cost me a 100 dollars at lady bug but cost me 40 here! Going back!

The cleanest laundromat with well-maintained washers and dryers that get the job done. Pleasant attendant. There are several laundromats much closer to where I live but I drive an extra half hour because this place is by far the best.

Honestly the best laundromat in Valparaiso. Very clean and quiet. The machines are in decent order. As its open 24 hours, you get the option of coming in whenever - which is great for someone with a busy schedule, or just your average night owl. The attendant Ive met was very nice, not the average stare at you like they just really want you to go home kind of attendants Ive met in the past. Definitely a nice place to spend a couple of hours. My only complaint is that the tvs can get really loud if there are only a couple of machines running - basically, towards the evening. Definitely bring headphones.

Decided to try this place due to its awesome reviews. Decided to go elsewhere due to the fact that there is absolutely no parking. There was two spaces for pickup and drop off only, and only 4 spaces (all used) in the whole lot that were not reserved for the other businesses in the strip. Its hard to use a facility when you cannot park anywhere near it.

This place is so clean you can eat off the floors. As I was doing my laundry I saw the woman who worked there cleaning constantly. She was very kind and helpful. If you go early in the morning its less crowded. When it started to get around noon we saw alot more ppl coming in.

Its always clean when the attendants are there. They are very nice and helpful. I have been coming here for the past 2 1/2 years and Grace and Michelle(the attendants) are like family now! This is the only place I will go to wash my clothes and Ive been to all of the coin laundry mats in Valpo.

I just moved to the Valpo area about a month ago and have yet to get a washer and dryer so i had to find a place close to haul a bunch of laundry. As i walked in I was greeted by Grace who was more than friendly! She actually talked with me and even tried to help my daughter with her homework as i was loading up the machines. The facility is very clean as well. Definitely recommended!

They said they press shirts then charged me 26$. My girl went to pick our clothes up and seen the worker ironing our clothes at the time and said almost done we got the shirts back worse than they were before. Took them back a second time. When she went to pick them up AGAIN the (worker still ironing) the lady came to the counter saying that we shouldnt call and complain. I paid for a service that this company failed to provide. if you iron shirts then just tell the customers that you iron shirts. It might save a crummy review next time. The end result was I bought a better iron because even after bringing it to this place 2 times they still looked really bad.

Clean. Comparitively affordable, everything works very well. The lady that runs it is honest and very nice and tried her best to keep it in good shape and keep her customers happy. Friendly regulars. Have met the same people after going there several times, and people are generally friendly. Havent met anyone of a rough crowd type, or anyone overtly rude, so I would argue that it is a very safe location as well. Bathrooms are always clean. The entire place is always clean. Free reliable wifi to give you something to do while you wait.

Two weeks in a row they have been out quarters. Thanks to family express for helping me out. The management should be checking the change machines daily. They are a clean establishment, but the fact that this is now 2 weeks in a row I will go to details laundy from now on.
