The staff here are very friendly and fast. I’ve been a regular customer for over a year now and I rarely have to wait even 5 minutes in line. Matt, Jenny, Tommy, and Stephanie are great and will get you in and out of the store as quickly as they can!
I just had to return some thing to Amazon and Jenny at this UPS store helped make it easy and she saved me money! Her demeanor and friendliness were amazing! Keep up the great work!
Cant remember his name (Matt ?) but he went out of his way to help on several occasions. Even at the peak of the pandemic when they were short on staff or when he was only one there he went out of his way to help me with something I needed printed. Its hard to find excellent customer service like that now a days!
Was charged for packaging when Amazon did not require. It cost more to ship it back then it cost. I was told it is their policy. I would have a policy that ensured my business would get money from people if I was a greedy price gauger. But Im not and shame on the owner. Disgusting and I turned them in to Amazon and will NEVER use UPS again for my returns. I caution you to watch out for forced policies. Take your product and change the return options. Seems if you pay them enough they treat you best.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. I work in customer service, and I know that that is not how you treat people. Not friendly, no smiles or how are you. I understand you’re busy, but not an excuse. There are signs and arrows going everywhere and no idea where to go. Everyone was confused. The lady that came out from the back to help me seemed very bothered to have to stop what she was doing to assist when there was a line. She was rude when asking questions and seemed impatient. Half way through, she left and had someone else finish my transaction.They are a very small store, and they had music BLARING. With the masks and everything, I couldn’t hear a word the other guy was saying to me, I kept saying “I’m sorry? What?” It was so hard to hear. They need to work on atmosphere and customer service. If you can’t handle working in a highly busy area this time of year, then don’t.

The customer service there is terrible. Called simply asking for a tracking number from the package I had dropped off and the OWNER of the facility was very rude. Staff was friendly but will never use this location again. I would think as an owner of this facility I would treat my customers politely.

The UPS store at 1101 Cumberland crossing in Valparaiso is a superlitive establishment. The owners name is Matt and he runs a tight ship. The customer service is top notch and the staff is professional and friendly. We are up there almost daily. They provide all kinds of services from notary public to business cards and banners.Matt and his staff are always polite and professional. I highly recommend this establishment. There is always convenient parking and access to shipping scales. If you call for information, they always provide accurate answers to your questions in a timely, friendly and professional manner. 5 stars for this business, its owner and staff!!
Could not believe how super easy it was to get some documents notarized! Definitely beats the hell outta going to the bank or courthouse. Jennifer was very friendly and efficient. Only $10 and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Will definitely return here next time.

I have never been treated so poorly and experienced such disrespect in all my life. The young white skinny kid with a beard treated me with the worst customer service and gave me attitude like no other. If you want to feel like you have the plaque or an incurable fatal and highly contagious disease, then this is the UPS store for you. Please, give this minimum wage young man a talking to about good customer service or at the very least, some rubber gloves so hell treat customers like a human being. Extremely disappointed, disgusted, and deplorable.
Very nice to deal with. As with all privately owned UPS stores, the prices are high, but if you need their service, you need it. Happy to know they are there when we need them!
2 dollars for ONE black and white printed page... I am not even joking. I couldnt get to the FedEx office cause of construction been so terrible aroundthere. So I went here and got so ripped off. I cant even believe it.

This review is for the delivery service of UPS. Ive constantly had issues with UPS delivery. Changing addresses while the package is 2 days away the driver apparently claimed the address isnt there? Its a completely different address. Its my work address so I can sign for the package. No phone call even though my phone number is on the label. This is one of several issues Ive had. Ive had them deliver packages to houses across the street. Only to receive them already opened by them once they find out its nothing of real value. Ill never be using UPS again. Charged me 80 dollars for shipping the last box of maybe 6 pounds.

Im wondering why my electronics package (pc) was not labeled FRAGILE or HANDLE WITH CARR or anything. Ive yet to look, out of fear, and being very busy having moved, but my package rattled.Something definitely happened in transport...After examining, cards came it of their slots, and the heat sink was cracked. And as I indicated above, no markings to indicate fragile/electronics. Its evident that this package was tossed around...
Gentleman REALLY did not seem anxious to help me. Just shoowed me away and told me I needed the tracking number of a package I did not know I was receiving. He could have simply scanned my parcel notice and told me what my tracking number was but instead told me I had to research it and figure it out. Big hassle to get my package because photo ID does not match address on parcel (we just moved here). I was asked to return 4 days later. No customer service.
I have used them for various things including I have a mail box at this location. Anytime I walk in the door I am always greeted. No complaints at all.
