Doctor and staff are extremely welcoming and professional. The patient care coordinator, Jamie is wonderful. She took her time to explain all that I needed to know. Dr. Robinson did a great job. Everyone made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.

I’d never been charged for a consult before. Have had significant surgery from cancer. Needed a new doctor. Was charged over a hundred dollars for a consult at this place after I asked if that charge was for the consult and was told it would be applied when any treatments were delivered. No treatments. Still charged, then they billed my insurance and charged me with the remaining $6.19 and claimed they sent me bills. Received a statement a month later with $6.19 + $10.00 late fee. Never again.

I had a very bad experience with the Indiana plastic surgery staff. They were disrespectful and treated me poorly. They disregarded my health and only cared about making money. They lied to me about certain things. They refused to return my money even though I had no procedure done. I come home very upset about the way I was treated.
