Had an appointment set up with attorney Aaron and they call an hour before to cancel which is absolutely unprofessional.Very next day attorney Aaron leaves me a nasty voicemail because I told the person that called O was not pleased since they set the time and day after waiting a week to speak to a real estate attorney.No apology at all. Instead leaves am aggressive voicemail and was told to seek legal Cancel elsewhere. Unacceptable behaviour from an attorney from a law firm of this size.

I have been in business for myself for over 30 years, and this is the first time that I had an attorney go out of his way to find me (as I had mistyped the area code) and just totally pour his knowledge about the PPP funds for the restaurants while showing empathy for our industry! If I am being honest, I will go out and say ive never been to this law firm. I was actually referred and I called in. I was connected to a lawyer named Jordan. Now, I have never met Jordan, nor has Jordan ever met me. We spoke on the phone about my case, we emailed back and fourth, and although I wasnt her client, and although Jordan was busy, understandably as an immigration lawyer, she never once told me no. She emailed me back over at least 30 times back and fourth. Any question I had, she went above and beyond to answer and get back to me in a timely manner. She wasnt my personal lawyer, but she acted like she was. She wasnt being paid by me, heck she didnt even want a thank you gift after all she did for me. These are very good people. Sadly, due to my status, I decided not to opt, at least for now, there services as my case would have been better handled the way I had it already set up at a different place. As you can see however, they will run you through a couple things application wise to see if you can even benefit from them, FREE OF CHARGE. If they cant help you and they know it, they will let you now upfront so you dont waste time or money. They offered me several options of things to do, and even gave me the advice my same lawyer was giving me, so you know these guys are legit, trustworthy, and honest. Our family had to personally deal with RG from this law firm. I would advise anyone needing help with elder law to seek out someone else! Not only was this man rude and lazy, NOTHING he promised at the initial meeting happened for our family. He did not disclose any information that was valuable to our case, which left us frustrated. He was hired to help get my father approved for medicaid, and due to HIS continued delays this approval process is still pending, and we are at 8 weeks now. When questioned at why theres delays he denies any wrong doing and actually repeatedly pointed fingers at us. Each time you speak to this man he repeatly tells you how busy he is and how hes dealing with other clients. Boo hoo, Im sure he got paid for each one of those clients to. During these last few weeks my father became very sick and ended up passing away, RG became even more difficult and send multiple rude emails to me and my brother during our heart wrenching loss. We sent him an email stating that our family needs time to deal with our dad and since he was paid, just do his job and let us have some peace. He even in one email reminded us that we owed him everything and he would not tolerate us being anything less than respectful to him, down right threatening. THEN when he finally sent the final paper to medicaid, he sent an email and quit on us, left us high and dry with no remorse. CCSK, you need to do a better job at who you have working for your company!!!!
