Honestly, this limo service is great. Every time I called I was given amazing service. On the day of my sister’s bachelorette party, the driver went above and beyond. The price was the best around, because it includes the gratuity, snacks, and two bottles of local wine. I would definitely recommend this company and I would book them again! We used Epic Limo for our wedding. Everything was fabulous up until the day of. The driver called me (the bride) smack dab in the middle of everything going on and I was a bit annoyed as he seemed annoyed with the driving arrangements we set up for the night. Everything worked flawlessly, and I didn’t receive a single complaint from guests so 5 stars!

We had great professional service on both trips to airport with 6 adults and a lot of luggage. Will never drive to Ohare again myself. Definitely recommend to everyone!

I had a very bad experience with Epic Limo when it came to planning my party bus for my wedding on 11/7/20. I booked in February, reached out to them in September when my venue changed, and then one week prior to wedding they still did not have a party bus reserved for me. I felt so stressed!! After MANY phone calls and speaking with many different staff all saying different things, I finally had a party bus reserved for my wedding, however I was still nervous if someone would actually pick us up that day.On the wedding day, our driver Richard was AMAZING! He arrived 10-15 minutes early, was very polite and helpful, and even drove us around just for fun when we had extra time before the reception. The bus was very nice and clean and even provided 2 bottles of champagne! I was very relieved that we ended up having a good experience.

Arrived late! Address and time confirmed a week before the wedding date and still arrived late! No alternative phone number was requested and blamed me for not answering. Why would I have a phone on my son’s wedding day?!? Why would the driver not have the correct pick-up address and time that I confirmed the week before the wedding day? Limo driver did not get out to open the door and offer to help us get out of the limo.Refusing to refund my $126 for the first pick-up time.

Hired for a wedding on 10-24-2020 in Chesterton Indiana. Driver was very unprofessional and rude to the entire group. Driver was grumpy all night long, simply did not want to be working. The majority of the wedding group complained about the drivers unprofessional comments and unwillingness to perform his job. Would not recommend this company for weddings or quite frankly anything if this is how they treat paying customers. Do not know the drivers name, but he was an older white male in 50s-70s. Maybe the driver should consider finding another job to not disrupt weddings in the future.

Horrible company. Driver went to the wrong house for pickup. When he finally found the address, he was 15 minute late to pick up the groom for his wedding. The groom was late for his wedding due to the incompetence of this jokester company. The driver was rude, did not open doors for the passenger, and did not show us the controls for the backseat. We paid for champagne and that was not in the limo either. When asked for a refund, we were not refunded our money. Customer service was the worst. We were not accommodated with the conditions listed in the limo contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unprofessional and unreliable! They caused unnecessary stress on the wedding day.

I’ve used Epic Limo’s services multiple times and have always experienced courteous, punctual drivers and professional customer service. The vehicles are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Epic also has a wide variety of car options whether you are simply looking for a ride to the airport or a fun night out with friends.

They never pick up the phone...go ahead..try it yourself..anytime...stop reading this and call them.....what kind of service is this? Ive tried multiple times a day for 2 weeks......called someone else..

I have used Epic Limo to and from Midway Airport now six times. Each time the driver was right on time. In addition, every driver has been polite and personable and dedicated to getting me to my destination in the least amount of time and hassle free. Well worth the money as far as Im concerned!

Ian was a great driver, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The customer service was great, the bus was awesome, and I can’t wait to schedule more trips with Epic Limos.

Always on time and professional. Friendly drivers. Use about twice per year for the last few years. Constantly a good experience. Competitively priced with always a great vehicle. Would suggest a little better pricing for single traveler and sedan service. Ill continue my business.

We have used Epic Limo to get from Munster to O’hare and O’hare to Munster on two separate occasions, and they have been excellent both times. They have always been on-time, their vehicles are spotless, and drivers are professional and courteous.They also went above and beyond when we left a small bag at O’hare (exhausted after a 9-hour flight with two babies and a dog). While picking up another customer the following day, Epic went into the luggage office at the airport, retrieved the bag, and returned it to us in Indiana free of charge.Really an exceptional service and highly recommended.

Prior to the departure date, the company contacted us requesting the flight number so they could better track any delays and alert us which I thought was above and beyond. They arrived right on time, the driver was courteous and friendly. We had no problems and would highly recommend Epic Limo!

Driver was late to pick up bride (what more can be said?) - was confused on two different occasions on how to drive to simple addresses.Writing this to remind myself not to utilize their services in the future.

This is a great, locally owned business with offices in Valparaiso, Elkhart, and Highland. The fleet is well maintained, the drivers are professional and competent, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of services ranging from airport transportation to weddings. I highly recommend their South West Michigan Wine Tours!

On time to and from the airport, the drivers were friendly and courteous and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use their services again.

Epic limo is the best limo service I used thus far my drivers picked my family and I up on time to and from mid way airport...what a great way to end a vacation trip as we received snacks and water wen we arrived love it.... the price was very reason for a party of 6 people I especially enjoy my conversation I had with my 2nd driver her name is tiffany very nice lady I will use them again... hope to see you guys soon

Epic Limo is a DANGEROUS company that just almost DROVE ME OFF THE ROAD in a construction site! The process of merging is one in, one moves up, one in, one moves up... NOT tailgate other cars, running other drivers off the road into construction cones!

I used these guys last year for the Motley Creu concert gonna have to use them again for Lynyrd Skynyrd this year in Elgin,IL.

Would not use. Did not pick us up on time and did not even send a limo. They sent a SUV. We all barely fit. Had to sit on each other’s laps.

Very unprofessional ended up stuck in Chicago for over 2 hrs and claims to have someone at the phones at all times but did not return none over our parties voicemails.
