Dr Olga did PDO threads for my face. I’m very happy. I expected a lot of bruising, swelling and pain after the procedure, I just had mild discomfort on movement of my face, no bruising, no swelling. I loved the results!

When I went in she was late. This was my first appointment with her too so that was strange. She didn’t even call. Once she got in she ran inside and left me outside. She finally emerged from the office telling me to come in. This was my first time getting Botox and she seemed in such a rush that she could not even explain or evaluate well. I choose to do Botox even though she refused to address the issue I wanted her to address. She did the Botox without telling me what to expect. With no Prep she stuck the needle into my face. It hurt. and she did it so fast that on one side a majority of it squirted on my face. Poor service.

If I can give no stars I would it take me over two hours to get to this office only to find out my appointment was never scheduled at all I think that’s very unprofessional and should have better service or scheduling service for paying customers
