Previous feedbacks are true, and I am so regretted that I didnt read the review before having their service.Very unprofessional, lots of excuses for not be able to arrange trucker to pickup container before the long weekend while my other 2 batches had no problem at all handled by another logistics company.really bad communication, no updates at all.Only communications I had were invoices and additional invoices for they fail to arrange picking up before LFD.The invoice detail is confusing, as well.When I requested for the invoice detail from the shipper and MaxWorld, the details are totally different.It looks like they make money from truck-company-has-no-capacity-to-pick-up-your-container-before-LDF-so-you-need-to-pay-additional-yard-storage+chassis+pre-pull-charge while the demurrage charge from rail road company was much less.Be aware of doing business with them.

Just stay away from this broker... They did not provide any helpful service, no recommendations of any sort, no shipping information update... Every communication we received was about additional charges that we have to pay immediately. In the end, we paid almost 10k in demurrage due to lack of coordination between MaxWorld and carrier. Worst company in shipping industry.
