Convenient cause it’s the first car wash on surmise high way. Make sure if you have lots of time because the line took a good 15 min to enter the car wash. Overall the cleaning was very good in and outside. But I greeted the cashier friendly but she seemed as if she was having a bad day seemed very unhappy with life.
Service was excellent! Came in for an oil change which was reasonably priced & included a free car wash. Very pleased with the car wash, even inside the car! Adam the owner was extremely helpful & professional. I live in the Bronx but would go there again when Im in the area. Would highly recommend! You wont be disappointed.
These guys go above, and beyond to help you. First car wash that Ive been to, where after theyre done washing the car. They actually ask you if youre happy with the way the car was washed!!!!!! They make sure that youre 100% satisfied before you leave. Their prices are great, and theyre very fast also. The owner is a real down to earth person. Wish them nothing but success over there.
Platinum Auto Spa is under new management. I recently went there and had a great experience. I was going to be driving out of state with relatives so Had my oil changed,fluids topped off, tires rotated and car wash all while I waited in a comfortable clean and air conditioned area watching TV. In total I paid $69.00. I had not been to a car wash for a few months and the inside of my car was in desperate shape. My car looked brand new inside and out when they were done. When my husband saw the car and heard all that was done, he thought it was a great deal.
I’ve been using the car wash establishment on and off for 2 years now and can tell a huge difference in customer service and attention to detail. I just left and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thank you Platinum!
I never leave reviews but had to today. My experience was great My car is immaculate and the members were so attentive. Must be under new ownership because I had my car washed a few years back and it was nothing like today! Ill be going back for future washes.
Its my go-to place to get an oil change and/or wash. Prices are reasonable Pleasant & personable staff and they work hard for their tips. They have a good line of accessories as well.
This car wash is amazing! They managed to get some sticky stuff off my cars exterior and Hector was extremely nice. He took the time to show me the brushes they will use and were very thorough with the cleaning. I don’t live near here but they just won a new customer. My car looks new again! Highly recommend this place especially how nice the staff was and attentive. The new owner Adam was also extremely helpful and kind. This is the type of customer service that should be given in any establishment.

Platinum Auto Spa is the best car wash in valley stream by far. Their employees are always nice and very hard working when it comes to cleaning cars. The manager in the back named Hector is one of the coolest guys you’ll meet and very respectful towards every customer he comes across. He makes sure his crew is doing their job once a customer pulls up. Hands down one of the best car washes I’ve been too.
Great car wash and Adam (the new owner) is extremely knowledgeable and experienced owner. Did a great job on detailing even my 3 year old grandson asked why it so clean and shiny inside!

I was running late to get here and needed oil changes for two cars. Not only did they reopen up for me, they also gave me a car wash for each vehicle with the works. Its really good to have a local business which takes so much pride in the quality of their work and customer service. No matter where I am in Nassau County I will always return to Platinum.

Horrible service, payed 10.86 for an exterior only. The guy tells me make sure you tip 3-6$. I told him I dont have cash, then he said alright no problem just put it on the card. So I go to pay and forget to tell the cashier to add some extra dollars for tip and pay just the 10.86. Then the guy who seems to be the manager because he was counting cash approaches me and asks why I didnt tip and I told him I forgot, then he said you have to tip us and I said I simply forgot and he said alright now I know what to do to your car next time. Its sad how he was begging me for tips. Basically threatening to damage my car. Too bad I will never go back again. When the wash is done there was still plenty of dirt on my car and wet spots. Was NOT dried properly neither did they put tire shine which comes with the exterior. Overall HORRIBLE service. Will never return and I have told all friends and family to not go to this car wash. This new management is horrible.

Started out very promising. When I got home I realized that there was a dirty spot on the back of my car. It wasnt just a dirty spot it was actually about a foot long black smudge. My son brought his car in the same day and paid extra for a trunk clean, which they did not do.

They have new workers who don’t know what their doing, brought my car in for a wash and they left my emergency break on and it was stuck on the car lift, Not knowing what to do. Not worth getting my brand new car messed up for a 20$ car wash. Very annoyed 😠
Referred to car wash by car rental company. Arrived on a day car wash was closed due to weather. Owner, Adam, could not have been any nicer. He washed and cleaned the vehicle. I had a clean vehicle to go on my trip. Will visit again.

Horrible. Paid for full service. Got half the service. Crumbs were left behind, as if they didnt have a vacuum. Windows were still dirty on the inside. Center console wasnt clean. What a pathetic job. I will never go there again.

Took my car for detailing 3 days ago and paid $130. I was totally dissatisfied. the trunk carpet wasnt clean or washed, tire walls with no armorall and other pettiness. Jonathan was of no use. I eventually found out that they were under new management for about 2 months. Mom & pops no longer own it.

Ripped the front seat interior of my car, left my back seat soaked after a wash and the manager Jimmy is a very disrespectful, rude, man. Jimmy argued with me and threatened to hit me and asked me to take this outside during the argument. Highly recommend NOT going here.

A very average Car Wash. Operators left my car in drive and sent it thru the wash. My car suddenly lurched forward and hit the rear of the car in front. NO DAMSGE!The owner was oresent and didnt say anything to me. My complant was pushed aside.

SummaryAbout a year ago, the carwash was purchased by new owners and the whole place changed for the worse. The owners are nasty and dishonest. The workers are lazy and nasty. The prices are no longer “deals.”Workers Don’t Thoroughly Wipe Down The CarI purchased an exterior car wash and paid decent money for it ($7 after tax). I asked the workers to please pop the trunk door and the fuel door and wipe down the perimeter of the both (where the doors meet the body of the car). Lots of dirt, soap and water gets caught in those areas and if they are not wiped down, the areas are disgusting to look at every time you open the trunk or fill up with gas. Reasonable request, right? The workers refused to wipe them down. I had to fight with the owner THREE times before he instructed his workers to do what I was asking. He tried to claim that I only purchased an exterior car wash and not a full service car wash. Newsflash for the owner: The perimeters of the trunk and gas door ARE the exterior of the car! And anyway, why is it so hard to clean these areas and make the customer happy? It literally takes 30 seconds of manpower to do the job. But the owner preferred to fight with me for 10 minutes before he agreed to instruct his lazy workers to take a towel for 30 seconds and wipe them down. This little story should be insight enough for anyone curious about this owner’s work ethic, customer service mentality and honesty.The Workers Are NastyWhen I pressed the workers to wipe down the perimeter of the trunk and fuel door, the workers just walked away and ignored me. When I pressed the workers to do their job, one worker told me to “shut up.”The Owner Is A Violent ThugAfter fighting with the owner for 10 minutes to get my car cleaned the right way and after the owner refused to discipline his worker for telling a customer to “shut up,” I got very annoyed. I told the owner that I would be posting negative reviews on every major review website, detailing our interaction (and you are reading the review now). In response, the owner came within 2 inches of my body, started shaking and looked as if he was preparing to slug me. I warned the owner that he would be arrested for assault within 5 minutes if he dared to even touch me. So instead, the owner, spread his hands wide and begged me to slug him first so that he could punch me back. Can anyone believe that a business owner would act like this with a customer? I was scared that this unbalanced maniac was actually going to do me bodily harm, so I quickly got in my car and quickly drove away.The Owner Steals; Prepaid Car Wash Cards Are Not HonoredAt first, the owners would not honor my prepaid car wash card. I was told by the new owner that the old owners lied to him about how many of these cards were outstanding. Excuse me, but, as a customer, this is not my problem. When you buy a business, you purchase all of the business’ assets AND liabilities. If the new owner didn’t do thorough due diligence when purchasing the business, it’s on him to eat the loss, not his customers. I got the owner to stand down after fighting with him, but he only gave in because he saw that he couldn’t take advantage of me.The bottom line is that you should not patronize this car wash. They do a bad job, they are dishonest, they are nasty and they are lowlifes. Definitely take your business elsewhere.
Gold package for $26 and doesn’t include SUV trunk and wiping dashboard on left side of steering wheel or leaves in door cracks or air vents. All dusty still. Arm rest still looks as it did before. Not happy with service.
