I called Bay Hauling and they had a tech come out that same day to give a quote and to set us up for an appointment 2 days later. Arrival window was between 10am-12pm and they got her at 9:30am and we’re done by 10:30! They did an amazing job. We have 1 more load to do and we will definitely book with them again, only reason why we didn’t want to do both loads on the same day is because we had my daughters birthday party planned that afternoon. Bay Hauling was reliable and cleared very heavy blocks of concrete from our yard. The workers were efficient, timely and hard working. We definitely recommend their services. Out of 5 providers we contacted, they were the most straight forward in providing a quote and actually doing the work. Some quoted 4 times more (1-800-JUNK) and others failed to show up for the work altogether. If they do other yard work, we’d love to work with them again.

Called Bay Hauling and was able to schedule an appt within two days. I had a large shed full of junk furniture and a good amount of other items that had to go. It would of took me hours and multiple weekends to complete this task on my own. I believe Bay Hauling was gone within 30min. They cleaned up all the small pieces of trash and debris before they left as well. I can’t even tell anything was in the shed before. Amazing job. Would recommend 100%.

I used Bay hauling today. They are very efficient, after leaving a message at noon. Juan returned my phone call almost immediately. He said he would have someone there before 5:00pm today. There driver arrived exactly at 4pm, Val and his team made the junk removal seamless. Just bunch of old tin, a BBQ, garden table, barrel and porch bench. I called Bay Hauling this morning and they gave me a quote on the phone, then said they’d be by between noon and 2 pm. They showed up a little before noon, hauled away a 2-person, triangle spa weighing about 300 lbs, the spa cover, a canopy frame, and a mini fridge for the amount they quoted in less than 1 hour. They were quick, efficient and friendly and I would recommend Bay Hauling highly.

I am so impressed with their timelines, fast response and cleanliness! I called and asked for same day pickup for dirt and sand leftover from a job done in the backyard. They were so kind, patient and shoveled all the dirt off of my driveway in this crazy heat! They even cleaned and hosed off excess dirt, dripping in sweat. I scheduled an appointment this morning at 7:45am online for same day between 12pm-2pm and not long after 12 they were here. They gave us a price quote in person for free with no obligation to have them remove anything and were willing and able to start then and there. We found the pricing to be fair and gave the young men who are named Ozzie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and William, the go ahead to start removing our items. They were both very friendly and fast! We didn’t have a massive amount but I was definitely surprised that they finished what we did have in such a short time. They even took the time to have us do a double check to make sure they didn’t leave anything behind. I highly recommend not only this company but these very hard workers!
