They told me over the phone theyd rent to me for $360. When I got there the price jumped to 610$ but they promised to refund me 200$ if I returned early. So two days later, and I was to have it for three, I returned it and they charged me 920$. They told me it was because of the mileage. At that point I may as well have gotten Uhaul and movers. I busted my back side to get it back in a timely manner and they screwed me. This service is trash.

My rental doubled in cost because they require insurance and if you decline, you better know all of the ins, outs, and exact details of your insurance because theres 20 questions on paper about how and why your insurance isnt good enough to cover their truck. Truck rental - $260. Insurance - $192. That being said, the truck was decent and Im grateful it made it over the grapevine and the entirety of 390 miles

Rude and hostile. Treats customers like the enemy rather than working with them. I have a feeling most bad vibes can be avoided if either the customer resolves things or if the owner would be a little more polite.

Booked a truck for military move, when arrived saw our truck driving away and the guy said he didn’t have any trucks anymore. Sold it under us, worst service ever.
