They will lie about the home to get you in under a lease, and then when you leave, they wont give you your deposit back and they will fabricate additional charges that they will turn over to collection agencies. Home owners and those seeking rentals should look somewhere else if you would like an honest company.

They take care of their tenants. The property management companies I dealt with before just ignored maintenance requests and waited for you to give up and fix things yourself. Vallejo Realty Management just does what its supposed to which means they really stand out from the others.

Extremely dissatisfied with service or lack thereof.I went into their office on January 23rd 2018, I pulled up my full credit report on my phone as I knew that would be the factor that would keep me from getting the place. I showed all my pay stubs, along with page by page of my credit report and I told them I had nothing to hide. I live paycheck to paycheck just as most Americans do and wanted to be selective and upfront about everything as I cant just go and pay $35 every time Im interested in a place . I was then told no that shouldnt be a problem.Okay fast forward over 2 weeks from when I put my application in on January 23rd 2018. I hadnt heard back from them, so I call into the office and they said oh we sent you an email stating you didnt get the place because of your credit.I said well, thats interesting because when I came in I showed my full credit report Page by Page, including my pay stubs, along with other documentation & they still took my $35 application fee.Now fast-forward to today, which is February 12th, 2018. I was able to stop into their office & told them about my dissatisfaction. I was asked how they could make the situation better or what I would like? I told them I would like my application fee back even though I know its not normally refunded. They will only refund $17 for thats what is the cost of the credit report. The other $18 is to obtain, process and verify screening information including staff time and other soft cost.Mind you, I did not get an email, a phone call, nor a piece of mail stating I did not get the place.Highly unhappy with only getting $17 back and not the full 35. In my opinion this is not how you run a business unless your business is just collecting $35 from anyone that you can even though you know theyre not going to qualify. Then to sweep it under the rug stating you called, mailed, and emailed something when in fact you did not. Very deceptive practices in my opinion.As I stood there in the office she went through looking for the email that shesent then said it must have fallen through the cracks. And yes it did fall through the cracks as I did not get a phone call as stated nor an email as stated nor a piece of mail stating I did not get the place.Had they been honest when I showed them everything, they would not would have had to obtain process and verify screening information.So in my opinion I should be getting the full $35 back and not $17.$18 may not sound like a lot of money to some people but when you live paycheck-to-paycheck every dollar counts.I will also be doing a Yelp review, Facebook reviee, along with a couple groups I belong to regarding places for rent in Vallejo. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau on their deceptive and lying practice with not sending out any correspondence.

I was with Vallejo Reality for five years, and it was the worst five years of my life. I wasnt financially able to move, so I went to college for extra money and thats when I got away from Vallejo reality. I went with another realty company. Vallejo realty company is shady because every time I needed work done on my apartment they would get an attitude with me. It was like they were mad at me for asking to fix their stuff. The apartment was very ghetto and it was a drug infested area. 714 Modoc St. is not a good area if you have kids. Car break ins that is a monthly activity for that address. Office people are somewhat rude every time you call in. Go with some other company because this company youll regret being in a contract with them.

Please do not ever rent from these people, they have the worst costomer service. their rentals are in bad shape. When things break either u never get it fixed or they send the cheapest people they can find to try to fix it. my rental had plumming issues for over 6 months in which they sent people atleast 10 times to try to fix it and nothing got done couldnt even flush my toliet. the poeple in the office are rude dont even care about you as a renter. unless you want to get screwed over and have your money taken from you find a rental from someone else.wish i could give them 0 stars
