A good store. Good service. Lot’s of free parking.

Got to the store at 9am for ballons. After waiting 10 minutes with no greeting from the ladies blowing up ballons, was informed by a nice young gentleman that they were not blowing up ballons in store for the day. Also, could not order ballons online.Wow. Had to come to the Party City in Hilltop for ballons.

We love party city. My kids always want to go..... But it sad to see this once great store is half empty. They have everything you want but you can see the inventory is lower then normal.

Staff is rude!!! Cashier yelled at me across the store while I was waiting in line to tell me she could not fill up the balloons that I bought from Amazon due to Covid. No where on the website or on the phone message does it state this!!! Then tried to argue with me while helping other customers, about their “NEW” policy! I will never spend my money with another Party City again!!! I took my service and my balloons to Safeway and had no problems.

Ehhhh..went for some 40th birthday ideas..but their candy area was empty..Was told it was because of graduation time..I doubt that...

Big store, big selection

Have been here a few times in the last few months, and customer service hasn’t been the best. This place needs a major renovation and cleaning! It’s super outdated! It doesn’t help with the artificial fluorescent lighting also.

Some stuff at Party City is expensive but some stuff isnt bad. At the Vallejo location the staff is usually nice and helpful.

This store was so dark and gloomy for a party store I dont know if there was a problem with the lights or what but that was crazy.

Vallejo Party City is so dark and there is never enough cashiers. My advice if ever you need to shop, go in right when they open.

This is a GREAT store! It is well organized with a BIG selection for your party needs! I love their gourmet candy section, and when I buy colored rock candy to match the theme of any party it is ALWAYS A HIT! They have a nice selection of balloons and themed decorations for all kinds of parties!

Friendly and quick with filling up fifteen balloons for me. Ballons were super full and looked great, but 2 popped very easily. The rest were great and will return in the future for balloon needs

Always has a great stock for any dinner party or social gathering needs. Plus, who doesnt love a party store?

Found all party decor needed. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit pricey, so dont forget to bring your coupons.

Sometimes cashiers can be grumpy but thats retail. Overall nice place to go to.

Its not a very big parking lot, only 50 or so spaces. But its nicely and neatly tucked away, in an area with trees so theres decent shade for most of the day. The rates arent the cheapest Ive found, but they arent outrageous either. $7.50 will get you 10 hours of parking (you can choose less), and the machine takes debit/credit. Its centrally located in the downtown area so puts you in easy walking distance of a crapton of shops and eateries.

Party cities on the east coast are so much better. MORE VARIETY

The girl who rang me up was not friendly or interactive at all. She would never answer you when you asked a question so you would have to repeat yourself to look at her facial expression for what may be the answer to your question. I will just use online services in the future if I shop there again. She did however great customers as they entered the store but it was very robotic.

This place was great found a lot of items to put together for super bowl Sunday. Didnt have to go anywhere else prices were reasonable as well.

My wife pre-ordered balloons for my sons birthday here a day before we needed them. Even I couldnt screw up the pick up the next day! Walked in, handed them a receipt, and Bam! They had the balloons all ready to go and tied up right behind the register waiting for me. Its the first time Ive ever come home with everything my wife asked for........

Didnt find what I needed for an international day at church. Unfortunately, all items must be purchased on-line only. I still love going to Party City.

Had everything we needed, staff was friendly.

Was suppose to be a special evening for my sons installation as President of his Association. Was cold as they hadnt lite the heaters, not enough bartenders or servers and to top the evening off while standing outside waiting for my ride the sewer from the restrooms had backed up and the odor was terrible. No would never utilise this facility again!

There was only 1 person working the register and doing balloons.2 people in front of me needed balloons and I only needed 1 card. There should be 2 people. 1 for registers and 1 for balloons.

Good variety, but it is more expensive now and very poor quality materials for kids costumes. The costumes wont even last through an of Halloween

Went in to purchase some balloons wanted to get some number balloons that I had of my own blew up and they tells me that they would charge me $7.99just to blow up my own balloon but I just paid over 60 some dollars to purchase balloons from them and they could not blow up to 2 for number balloons for me that I had of my own
