My experience took a long time and Mike was very patient and just continued to take care of my needs. He helped me deciding which phone would be best. He got everything up and running and even put the cases I purchased on for me. Thanks Comcast for hiring such a smart and kind young man as Mike.

I’d give them zero stars but that’s not an option. Spent hours arranging for a plan that was reasonable then got billed for something more expensive. Spent hours getting that resolved, then a month later they start billing me for a voice modem I did not receive, nor do I have a voice plan. If you use them, read your bill every month and plan on a hour long phone call each time. Note, this is a review of xfinity in general, not this specific store.

Since I moved had nothing but issues. Unable to access any of my accounts. Dont schedule your move more then a day out it cancelled what recordings I had. Now it says I dont have service. They no longer have printed channel guides.

Literally the manager put me and my family out of the store because we were two adults and two small children. rude employees and zero education. after I made the online booking where it said two adults the manager said that if I want and one adult only, the rest have to go out really bad bad customer service.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They treat you like we are bothering them at what tjey are.They need to do better job at training especially the young people working there that treat us like they are entitled for their job there. AT & T failed they lie to me, made to appointments for them to come through for Home Service they didnt went straight to Xfinity, great service from the beginning to the end. They came out same day service, by 5 Im watching the As baseball game. Now thats customer service and customer care 10

They were professional and helpful even as I arrived they were scrambling for their computers to get back after the stormy weather - heavy rain & winds, knocked out their power.They had a good system taking down in order the customers who walked in the door.I asked how long for the wait... and was given a 20-30 minute time frameSo I put my name on the list and left to run an errand.When I returned, they had my bag of dvr and cable box etc..ready to go.Highly organised in my opinion.

I was very surprised on how quickly I was in and out. I always hate dealing with cable/phone companies, but this Xfinity stores employees are well trained and were very helpful. The line was long, but the system they have in place to help their customers works surprisingly fast. I no longer dread going to Comcast for any of my cable/internet/phone issues.

Frustrated that my money wasnt good enough for their service because of their artificial barrier of only allowing iPhone users onto their network with unlocked devices. I have unlocked Androids Note 8 and newer. There is no technical reason for Androids not to be allowed as BYOD, but they do sell them and wanted me to buy a two year payment plan for a $150 to start service.

I have the wireless box in my room that randomly updates every 20 minutes interrupting anything you’re watching causing me to call all through the month however they have the nerves to call you if you owe a dollar, 75$ if someone comes out. I literally hate Comcast Telephone service everyone sounds like they hate being at work, in person is very different and pleasant.

People were nice, but they royally messed up my Xfinity account. When I moved to CA, I went to the store to transfer my account. To make a long story short, I went into the store with one account, left with 2 accounts (without knowing it) and was unable to even log into my accounts because my information was input incorrectly. I repeatedly called Comcast to get these errors corrected over 3 months before I finally cancelled my service. And after I returned my equipment to this store, Comcast called to inform me that they had not received my equipment.

Comcast is by far the worst decision you can make when it comes to choosing your cable company. All they do is give misinformation and charge fees for ridiculous things. The internet almost always has a problem I have to restart my box on the regular. I went down there to change bundles for a cheaper one, they swore it was cheaper to do home security.. but Im paid 100$ worth of installment fees for them to put something in my house that beeps when we open a door, nothing else. So in reality now my bill is more expensive AND on top of it Im now stuck in a two year contract with them. I wish I would of read the paperwork better cause as soon as my contract is over Im done w comcast.

This place is very hit or miss. You can get lucky and have no wait, and a friendly person to help you. Or you can wait a half hour to talk to a grumpy service rep. Always get receipt when you turn in equipment. Comcast likes to lose their records that you brought it back.

Terrible costumer service COMCAST dont respect contracts THEY dont help you! They are not helpful at all! I got my contract on December for 1 year now in may they took some channels out my package n substitute them for other hella boring i ask why they said theyre in a different package i have to pay extra now if i want them !! But why if i had them in December wen i 1st open an account there! They suck hella bad ! Just waiting for contract to be over to change my service somewhere else!

I just left this store, there was no one on the floor to assist You! The young man at a front desk said he was helping someone, was standing there for 15mins and he had no customer! Meanwhile only 1 person on back desk, 10 customers waiting, me included! But when two customers got into an argument 4 workers came out of the backroom! Get your customers in and out, not when you feel like working the desk! Very disgusted w/ how this store is ran!

Xfinity is a scam. They say one thing and bill you another. They change their contract on the fly but wont let you out of it. Theres no option to remove CNN and other lying globalist propaganda channels so they dont get any of your money. Everything is overpriced because of a genuine monopoly. There is another provider in the area but they are so terrible you cant even maintain a connection to the internet or finish a show without a service interruption. If you are in this area you just have to deal with them for internet and ignore their TV and Phone offerings.
