Ive been going to Eyebrow Vallejo for 3+years now and I always wait for them to open when there were the COVID restrictions. I love their threading service! Especially Rupi who is very gentle and fast! She is so friendly and really cares about what her clients want. She explains very well if there are any precautions the consider before she proceeds with their requests. All staff wears mask and Im never disappointed after the service.

My wife and I have been getting out brows threaded here for 5 years and always love their service, customer care and how nicely decorated the salon is!

I got my eyebrows threaded and a facial waxing. I REGRET IT! Ive been coming to Eye Brow Hub for a couple of years to get my eyebrows threaded here and there *NEVER AGAIN* So I decided to get my face waxed since they have a $40 facial waxing and eyebrows threading special. I called days before hand to ask what type of wax they use. The lady stated the use Honey wax which was lie. What ever they used caused my face TO BREAK OUT (the WORST break out Ive had  LITERALLY my whole life). And on Top of that she burned my face. She threaded my eye brows first then she wax my WHOLE face in less than 10 mins. I let people go before me so she wouldnt have to rush w/ my waxing to prevent this from happening. Not only did this establishment cause  literally the WORST break out of my life, They BURNED my face as well. And on top of that, whatever ALOE VERA product they used on my face must have been from the Dollar Store next door. Instead of soothing the pain and burning sensation it made it 10xs worse. Ive gotten my face waxed mutiple times in my lifetime and I have NEVER had such  a terrible experience.

I like my gel.nails..They are yet looking good. The eyebrow waxing needs more practiceI had to touch up my eyebrows at home!

I’ve been coming here for years & this is the only place i’ve ever gotten my eyebrows done. i went in today for a cleanup and it was horrible, the lady made one brow shorter than the other and they were really uneven, one thinner than the other, damn near no shape & it hurt to get done and it wasn’t even done right. she tried to convince me it looked okay but i left extremely frustrated. i could’ve done a better job at home, they’re getting worse and worse over time. if you wanna take your chances at either getting it well done or terribly, come here. whenever i come on weekends they do so much better compared to whatever the hell today was.

These women are prejudice towards Black women, but treat white women with respect and provides them with good customer service.I came in to get my brows done and was ignored. I was the only black person in the place at the time. I waited with everyone else and they proceeded to help everyone around me and overlook me the entire time I was there. At one point a White lady spoke up and said she was next, referring to me. A worker rolled her eyes and rudely said what do you want? I was shoked when I saw them greet every person around me with a smile a hello and an I will be with you in a moment. A few women saw the way I was treated and walked out with me.Black women get your brows done where the people provide you with the same customer service as others.

Past experiences have been pleasant however the lady who threaded my eyebrows seems to be younger than most employees did a horrendous job. I asked for a cleanup and theres still apparent hairs left AND the the beginning of my eyebrows are SUUUPER uneven like a bit of the side is chopped off and it looks especially deformed. It makes me sad to write a bad report for a great business but i expected more.

First time I went there lovely welcoming fast great surprising end my eyebrows were amazing and they get you exactly what you want very professional happy vibe😘💆

STAY AWAY from this location.If I could give zero stars I suggest everyone to stay away from here .This used to be a good location however now they just dont care about doing a good job .Not only did I wait 30min to get my eyebrows shaped the lady did a horrible job I just COULD CRY thats how bad they are:( ...Youve been warned save your money go somewhere else.
